The product reduces my craving at night very well. I’ve tried protein bar and protein powder before, but this works the best and is low in calorie. I wouldn’t say it’s tasteless, but the taste is negligible if it’s combined with beverages with stronger taste. Great product for the price.

I add this to my coffee press pot in the morning, to my teapot at dinner. Can not taste it. Doesn’t do anything weird to textures. Makes me feel full, so I don’t go for seconds because it tastes good instead of because I am still hungry. No bloating or gas. I’ve lost some weight due to smaller portions. I will definitely buy again.

The perfect fiber supplement. As described, it mixes exceptionally well with cold, warm or hot liquids. I have taken it with a plain glass of water, hot coffee, protein shake, cottage cheese, yogurt and oatmeal so far. With a little mixing, this stuff virtually vanishes and becomes undetectable regarding taste, texture or viscosity. This is exactly what I wanted. This review is entirely based on how easy this stuff is to consume as advertised…I have not been taking it long enough to provide a review of product benefits.
