Bottle arrived intact and in date. No gluten, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, etc on the label. It does contain “includes GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) synthetic ingredients” on the other ingredients list so do with that information what you will. There are so many things that are listed as safe to consume but has actually been linked to cancer so not knowing exactly what ingredient that is makes me a little cautious.

I feel like this works very well for me. I’m a 32 year old woman and I take two pills each day. It helps with your mood and your energy. I even feel closer with my husband. I would recommend giving it a try for sure.

I have been taking these Maca supplements for a couple of weeks now and can’t say that I’ve noticed any specific improvements. However, the pills are easy to take and they seem like a quality supplement, so I will continue to use them and see how I feel by the time the bottle is empty.

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now and it has officially become my favorite Maca Root Supplement I’ve used…and I’ve used several.
I don’t know about all the Stamina/Performance/Energy fluff around these supplements, but what I usually experience from them is the ability to not wear out mentally during a long day of work. I take two of these in the morning before breakfast and by 3PM in the day I notice that I’m not experiencing the typical drop-off that I get. I feel perfectly even and not “amped up” like I’ve experienced with some other supplements. I have the energy to hit the gym after work now, when a lot of times I would just want to go home and rest. I’m not saying I’m putting up new PR’s at the gym, but I’m actually going – which is an improvement!
I highly recommend these for two reasons: They work, and they are easy to take. Some of these supplements from other brands would get caught in my throat and the capsules would feel dusty. These Sanar Naturals are all well produced and go down like a cap should.
If you want to try Maca Supplements, this is the one to beat. If you have tried in the past but weren’t impressed, I would give these a try before you give up.

I’ve had this for almost 2 months, in that time that I’ve taken it, I haven’t noticed a huge difference. Perhaps I need more time to continue taking this which leads me to believe that the effects are not immediate, at least not for me. I will continue taking this and provide an update if there are differences that I notice. I also take multivitamins, fish oil and daily caffeine in the form or pre-workout so I am not sure if any of those are providing similar results as this. For now I am giving this 4 stars because I am still assessing its effectiveness and do not want to knock it for not giving enough time.

Definitely get this if youre looking for a reproductive boost in increasing quantity/output. I noticed a difference about 3 days into taking these. They smell awful, but I just dont smell the bottle lol. No taste. I definitely recommend these!
