These generic looking capsules came packaged in a tamper-resistant bottle, but without a childproof lid, and with labeling that challenges even my near-sighted vision! The type is microscopic! Without the Amazon webpage, I can barely appreciate the ingredients or amounts included. However, along with their “proprietary blend”, I can see that some of its “Natural Energy & Wellness” formula includes 100mg of caffeine (“organic anhydrous”). For $70/month supply, I can’t recommend this product over a non-caffeinated one.

The pill is easy to swallow and doesn’t have a nasty taste or smell. I tried to take consistently for a few weeks to see if I could tell a difference in my daily activities. I think I felt better more often. I am an ER nurse and work on my fit in high stress situations often. I’m so tired on my days off most of the time. While on these I felt I was a little less exhausted on my days off and had a little more energy on days I work. I’m gonna continue to take to see if my suspicions are correct. No noted weight difference just for the record.

I’ve been taking these for a little under 2 weeks now, and I don’t notice any difference at all in anything. My energy seems about the same as it normally does. I don’t have much to say about these because of that. The pills themselves are easy to swallow and don’t have any kind of smell or taste.
The product description claims there are 60 servings, but it also says you should take 2 pills a day as a serving. With 60 pills that’s only 30 servings. Then it also mentions that this is a 1 month supply, so they are kind of claiming both which is strange.
Overall I have no problems with these pills, but I also don’t see any benefit either. They are rather expensive at around $70 USD for a bottle, if they were cheaper I’d say “yeah why not” but at this price I really don’t think they are worth it.

I give high praise to FITTEAM Global for creating an organic natural energy solution. Being a nutrition enthusiast, it is very difficult to find supplements that do not contain fillers or bad byproducts. The FIT Plus Organic Energy supplement is just that, a fully organic, natural ingredient energy supplement. Aside from the vitamins and caffeine, all of the other ingredients are natural organic food. The container has enough for a one month supply assuming you take this supplement once per day. Since this is an energy supplement, I used it only on days that I worked out. Ultimately my results were inconclusive.
The good parts of this supplement is that I had no negative side effects. I did not have any gastrointestinal issues which are common with some energy supplements or any kind of extreme jitters. I did notice a bit of a pick me up when I was taking them. I would contribute most of that to the caffeine as it felt a little like I consumed a small cup of coffee. That said, I did not notice any kind of energy drop after the caffeine high which could be due to the other ingredients.
In regard to the metabolism boost and other claims such as mental focus, I did not notice anything here. I have read that these other ingredients have correlations with these claims but as for as I experienced, I did not notice any. I go to the gym regularly and consume a natural whole food diet low in carbs. I do not eat processed foods and sugars so my body is already pretty healthy. Adding this supplement did not hurt but also did not prove to give me anything more than a little caffeine buzz. Although some would say this is more healthy than a cup of coffee, it is also much pricier than a cup of coffee. If you are looking to get the most out of your workouts, the FIT Plus supplement can’t hurt. In my experience I do not know that I will get them again as I did not notice much of an improvement but I appreciate the natural ingredients and high quality product that FITTEAM has created.
