I am always looking to tinctures vs tablets and this one is perfect. It has a very mild taste so blends well with water. High quality ingredients.

Tastes okay – it doesn’t really taste like raspberry, and I can’t really taste the lemon essential oil either. I can’t really describe what it tastes like, but I normally can’t stand the taste of B-Complex supplements, and I can happily say this doesn’t leave a nasty taste in my mouth, so that’s a big plus.
I also like that even though it has Stevia in it, I did not find that it tasted sweet.
A serving size is 25 drops which is about one dropper full. I hold it under my tongue for 30 sec – 1 min to hopefully better absorb, but the directions do not say that this is necessary. While results will vary with each individual, I personally have not noticed a boost in energy which often occurs with b12 supplements. However, the seller does not make any claim that is does provide energy.
My understanding is that Vitamin B complex is best absorbed on an empty stomach, but it tends to upset my stomach. With liquid drops, I like that I have the flexibility to spread out taking two separate smaller does to avoid an upset stomach. It also gives people the flexibility to adjust the dose that works best for them… ie… maybe taking 1 ½ droppers worth.
At the current price of $5 per fluid oz, and the fact that the ingredients are minimal without a lot of filler ingredients like other liquid vitamin products, I recommend this product – it is a qualify product at a good price compared to similar products listed.

I’ll start off by saying that the price was fantastic but after I tasted it, I found out why. It is the most vile taste ever I couldn’t even finish the bottle.

The dosing is 25 drops. Not 10, or even 20, but 25 drops. This is a bit ridiculous. I can tell you where the extra volume didn’t go – taste! This isn’t quite up generic cough syrup level. I wince with every dose. I believe it works but do not feel the immediate pop I used to feel with sublingual, fast dissolve B12 pills, which took 2 pills and tasted much better.

Dosing has you counting out 25 drops which is interesting. The taste isn’t terrible but is kind of medicinal and the raspberry is barely there. I take this occasionally but don’t know enough to say whether I’m benefiting. I took a chance as I trust the brand, or rather trust it more due to recognition over other wellness brands I’ve never heard of before.
