These Vitamin D3 + B12 gummies are square shaped, and the daily dosage is three gummies. The pineapple flavor is pleasant, and they’re sugar-free. The gummies do tend to stick to each other though, as well as your teeth. I like the wide container as it’s easier to pull them apart. I would prefer a lower dosage though as three gummies is a lot to take every day. They’re great for energy, bone health, and the immune system.

I am taking gummy vitamins exclusively these days. I am more apt to take them everyday, for some reason. I guess the convenience of them. I can grab them and go.
Wiszeen Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12 tastes really good. If you like citrus pineapple flavor. They are not grainy or sticky.
They are supposed to be 3 per day, I just take 2. It helps to stretch them out a little and I think it is plenty.
This is a good vitamin for energy and immune support. One bottle will last a month, but the way I take them will last 6 weeks.
I definitely recommend these gummies!
