These energy strips have decent flavor but are perfect for the athlete. I’m a cyclist myself and these work fantastic for when I am on those longer rides of 50 miles or more. Often times, I need that hit of some caffeine and vitamins and need them in a hurry. These are great to have along with me to get that quick boost of energy (along with my gels and some snacks for those quick carbs). While I love the product itself, I do think that the overall value could be better, they’re quite expensive for what you are ultimately getting and therefore I docked a star for that reason.

I was excited for something I could just throw in my desk, or purse and give myself an afternoon pick me up. It is supposed to dissolve but ended up a bit gummy and I had to wash it down with water. Gave me just enough boost to get me from 3 to quitting time without any jitters. Taste wasn’t delicious but it wasn’t horrible either.

Gave these a try as they remind me of the old mint strips and I occasionally need a lift on the go but can’t have coffee/tea. I tried this while cycling a 30mile…I am out of practice and this was my longest ride in a long time. The strip was easy to take and didn’t taste great or horrible or make my mouth dry. It did give me a fairly quick boost to help me push through some hills and coast to the end. I’m not sure these are an amazing value, and the packaging is kind of excessive. But I think for the right use case these are good options.

These are pretty convenient for a quick caffeine boost, but I’m not sure it’s worth it since these taste so bad. These taste like straight up plastic and made my heart race like no other caffeine product ever has. These are a miss for me.

These strips remind me of those breath strips they started selling a few decades ago. Each strip is individually wrapped in a convenient paper. I can see myself keeping a few in my purse for situations where I need to avoid caffeine withdrawal. I was really excited at the concept of this product.
Now for the experience. The strip is supposed to dissolve on your tongue, but mine stuck to the roof of my mouth and left like the grossest aftertaste for over a half hour. The cranberry flavor and the B-12 are OK, but the sweeteners in this thing are not good. Erythritol often causes me gastric distress. Thankfully, it turned out that I have not had any stomach ache in the 18 hours since taking this strip, but the strip was minty and oversweet and in my opinion did not benefit from all of the non-caloric sweeteners.
I will keep these on me but obviously as a last resort because they taste so unpleasant. I gave them a full 4 stars because I actually did not have any bad effects like jitters or gastric distress as a result of taking the product. My negative feeling is probably a personal taste preference. Maybe others will like the fake, sweet, minty cranberry flavor.

This could have been easily packaged in a more convenient manner with less packaging. There’s more packaging than product by a longshot!
The cranberry flavor is different. The caffeine is at 50mg and doesn’t give a big boost, which is desirable at times.
But it’s not a favorite product.
This doesn’t say where it’s made. Just the company it was made for. More than likely, China.

Not a fan of the taste, but they works fast. Feels like a little piece of plastic that dissolves easily on your tongue. Love that they’re individually wrapped too! Makes it easy to always have one available. And since it’s only 50mg, they’re good to have almost anytime for a little boost.

I ran a long trail run today and took one of these caffeine strips along. I used it at mile seven. It was easy to open. I put it in the side of my mouth and let it dissolve. It tasted fine – not good, not bad, just average. It didn’t dry my mouth out or give me any negative side effects. There are some extra ingredients in this that I could live without, but if you just need a little shot of caffeine, B-12, and L-theanine.
