As a supplement, creatine should be dosed daily. Having this on hand makes that pretty easy. It makes a quick drink, the taste is not bad or off putting at all. One thing to keep in mind is creatine doesn’t break down into solution or stay in suspension, so keep it in a shaker cup so you can shake it up before drinking.
Downsides, it’s on the pricier end for creatine, but I personally feel the convenience of use more than makes up for that. The only other issue I foresee for me personally is the length of the scoop. The bottle is kind of deep and I have meaty hands, so it may be rough getting the last week or so of doses out of the bottom. Just big guy problems.
I gave it 5 stars, small things could be improved, but the people who would want this product won’t be upset with what they get. I didn’t speculate on absorption as I use creatine daily so I wouldn’t notice any jump in water weight to be able to gauge something like that.

Added this pre-work out product to my water to find the taste is satisfying delicious. At this point I am testing to see how this product works with my chemistry.
The quantity in the container appears much larger than what the image is shown on the Amazon advertisment.
I actually thought the container was going to be larger.
I was not happy with the delivery driver not following the instructions to deliver the package behind the gate. Instead the Amazon driver put the box directly in front of my door so that the porch pirates can steal the package with ease. Luckily I was around the corner with misinformation that the driver would deliver my package between 830 pm and 10pm. Though!! The package was delivered around 755pm, completely ill-advised.

This creatine flavor (watermelon) is soooo good! I used the 8oz of water it suggested and it’s REALLY good. Not too sweet at all. And absolutely no chemical taste. That’s the most notable thing about it. I’ve had powders that taste like crap because of their chemical taste. This one does not. It could EASILY pass as just normal juice! It blends well too. No grainy bits or powder left at the bottom!
And since it’s so easy to drink it helps reach my daily water intake. Highly suggest this powder!!!

After about a month and a half of taking a scoop
Every morning I can say as 38 year old shift worker, dad of three that the following has improved: workouts seem to feel better, recovery seems better, energy levels have been more consistent and I actually get depressed less on nights…the one side effect I can say has definitely improved as a result specifically from taking this is my sex life! Definitely better stamina and quality of performance in the bed. It’s the Panax extract in the xl that makes the wife happy. The other improvements could be coincidental but honestly just take it every morning and keep working out and you will be better off
