These gummies arrived in a fairly large bottle. With 150 gummies in the container and a 2 gummy serving size, that equals a generous 75 day supply per bottle. The gummies are blackberry, raspberry and strawberry flavored and have a pleasant berry and citrus tang, although they could even be a bit stronger in taste.
Each serving contains 3 g of added sugars, which strikes me as decreasing the healthful efficacy of these gummies. Whatever benefits one receives from these supplements is probably mitigated by the addition of sugar and glucose syrup. At this late date in the growth of the supplement industry, I simply don’t understand the need for adding sugar. In any case, these gummies are soft and easy to chew and swallow, with no digestive issues afterwards.
These supplements are only marginally substantial in amount per gummy, and requiring a 2 gummy serving to barely average 100% per supplement (with most amounts well below that) is hardly a generous offering. That makes these multivitamin gummies a less than generous value, even with their reasonable price point. Taking these gummies is probably helpful overall, but their relatively low dosage amounts strike me as hardly overwhelming in their impact on ones health.

These multivitamins are deliciously chewy, likely thanks to the sugar content. I appreciate that they don’t contain any artificial sweeteners or additives. They make it so much easier to take my vitamins, although I have to remind myself to stick to just two since they’re so tempting!
The bottle is quite large, offering a generous 75 servings, which makes it a fantastic value. However, since some vitamins have a low recommended daily allowance, these shouldn’t be seen as a substitute for a healthy diet. I genuinely look forward to taking them every day and plan to keep it up!

This men’s multivitamin seems to cover all the bases in nutritional supplements. These gummy vitamins are intended for consumption with food. The flavor is nice. However, the ingredients begin with sugar and glucose syrup. I am not certain that this should be the primary ingredient?
The gummies are easy to consume.
