I really like these prenatals because they contain DHA and folic acid but don’t let these ingredients overtake the flavor. You can still taste them a bit but at 3 gummies per serving there is enough flavor to not have them taste nasty. They have a pretty standard amount of various vitamins with nothing standing out. These also include ginger root which is known to help nausea. Package is easy to read and they don’t expire until 2026 which give it’s only a 20 day supply will definitely be long enough for me to use them.

I liked the texture. I’m picky about gummies, and don’t like ones that are too chewy. These are a nice soft gummy and I was happy with the chewiness level.
I personally didn’t enjoy the taste. They smell bad – fishy, but luckily don’t taste like that to me. They just say “fruit flavor” so I’m not sure which specific fruits this should taste like. To me they are a bit mango-y or something which I don’t love. Fortunately, I don’t notice the taste lingering long after eating and haven’t experienced any bad aftertastes from them.
The nutrition is decent. It’s nice that they have DHA, but it’s not the recommended amount for pregnancy. There’s a few other nutrients I would have liked to see included since I’m pregnant, but still it’s not a bad basic prenatal.
