For me I have very sensitive skin. When taking this medication it seemed to make me breakout even more. I probably took for a good 6 months,and once I discontinued use my skin slowly started clearing up again. I would not recommend

I buy these for my (now 20 year old) son. He’s had varying treatments (antibiotics, prescription topicals, then finally accutane) from a dermatologist over a stretch of about 4 years. Sometimes his skin would clear up for a few months, but the acne always came back. Finally the dermatologist recommended a second round of accutane. That was when he stopped prescription treatments and began to try more natural alternatives. This product has really helped calm down and clear his skin! It took several weeks, but his skin really did improve. He’s been taking these for several months now. I can tell he feels much more confident about his appearance again.
The individual packets contain a wide variety of vitamens to nourish the skin and prevent breakouts. It would be difficult (and he likely wouldn’t bother to manage it) to take all the vitamens separately, so the daily packets are a great means to keep him on track. Yes, they are somewhat pricey, but compared to what I was paying the dermatologist and for the prescriptions, this is considerably less! And safer. I researched every ingredient of these vitamens, and all are of benefit to getting better skin from the inside out.
I still tell him to eat less sugar, avoid milk products, get more sleep and those measures help too. Washing his face with Noxema has helped too. But these will remain a part of regimen for a long time to come.

Okay so I have an autoimmune disease called Hidradenitis Suppurativa where I get painful bumps/boils on different parts of my body. During my research, I found out that a lot of people got better when they started taking vitamins so I went on a lookout. I started on the AIP diet and saw improvement. Later on, I was contacted by Innate Skin about participating on a 3 month trial for HS by taking these for three months. During the first two months, I didn’t see much difference except that I noticed that the frequency of the flares had decreased and the time I had the flares had also decreased. By month three, this big flare that I had on my right armpit had decreased in size and now I don’t have to bandage it because it’s no longer draining (it’s always been open and draining for 2 years). Well, then I got super sick and I stopped taking them since I only had 4 packets left and I was like “well maybe it’s the diet and not the vitamins” since food is my trigger and I haven’t been eating them. Well fast forward three weeks and I find a new triggery food. I flare on my left arm and I have a big bump that hurts, inflammed and draining. Well, I found one packet and decided to take it and see if I see improvement. The next day, inflammation has gone down considerably. Day two, inflammation still goes down and the wound is healing and closing. Day three, it no longer hurts. I can still feel the bump because it never goes away, but it doesn’t hurt when I touch it and now I can wear sleeveless shirts without bandages.
So from now on, I will keep buying these every month because they really do help with healing and inflammation! If you see the ingredients, they’re just vitamins and it also has tumeric which is super helpful. You won’t see a change quickly, but you will possibly notice a difference after month 2 (and I also recommend an elimination diet). Great product!
One more thing though, I do take them while I am eating because if I take them on an empty stomach, I get nauseous.

Acne has besieged my face since middle school… Picture deep, ugly, painful and scarring acne, along with some oh-so-attractive chest and back acne that has fluctuated in severity over time. I, like others, have tried many products over the years and have never really managed to take control of my skin. Sometimes it would seem like something was working, but it would only be to a mild extent or for a work temporarily. I’ve also tried changing my diet and exercising more but I haven’t seen huge or long-lasting impacts with those methods either. These vitamin packs are the ONLY thing, ever, that have resulted in me having CONSISTENTLY clear skin. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a large/painful/bothersome pimple on my face. If I do have any type of breakout it is to a very small extent and it has only happened when I’m near that time of the month. Other than that, my face is the clearest and healthiest it has ever been. This has helped me to be more confident in everyday life (I don’t feel like I need to hide behind a ton of makeup or be disgusted every time I see a mirror, as sad as that sounds), to get a little more sleep (wearing less makeup and not having to deal with ruptured, glaring acne on my face = much less time to get ready in the morning), and overall has just made life so much easier. Acne seriously used to stress me out on a daily basis and now I don’t even think about it. I’m on my third month of using them, and the other reviewers are correct- the full effect will take some time so do not be discouraged if you are not getting immediate results. I started noticing some difference in the health of my skin about two weeks into my first pack, and in about a month or month and a half my face was pretty much totally clear. The longer I have used them, the less frequent and less intense my breakouts have become. Now that I’m on month 3 going on month 4, like I said earlier, my face is consistently clear and glowing… I almost can’t believe that I’ve finally found something that works. I only tried these because I had read some positive reviews, was sick of hating my skin and desperate to try something new (I’ve never tried vitamins or supplements before for acne), and figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a shot.
