One serving is 25 calories. You can take 1-3 servings per day. It would be 75 calories for 3 servings which adds up. I take 1 serving per day. Even though these have some sugar in them (which I don’t usually care for), they are nowhere near too sweet. There’s a good balance of sweetness and the vinegar.
I love to get all that ACV without having to drink it.

I have ordered this product twice. The first time I got through the first of the three bottles. I felt so bloated and had not lost one pound and I gave up. Being the eternal optimist I tried again. I made it through all three bottles. I gained weight and inches around my stomach and have sores on my tongue. This doesn’t work at all!!!’

I think that as a person ages their stomach produces less (or perhaps just less acidic) stomach acid. So I immediately got some digestive benefits from these gummies, that would already justify ordering them. I feel like I’m getting an extra bit of energy/nutrition from the same food I’ve always been eating. I’ve only been taking them for a bit more than a week, though, so there hasn’t been a lot of time for them to burn the enamel off my teeth or anything like that, if that’s what they do. They taste great, enough so that I wish each one was bigger. I think any other effects, good or bad, will take some time to trickle into my life, so I will have to update after a few weeks have passed.
*Update 4/22/24: I had to stop taking these gummies before I had actually finished one of the bottles. My problem with them was that they were acting like some kind of diuretic, which was actually slightly convenient because I was a little less inclined to wake up for a pee in the middle of the night. But I was even more uncomfortable with the gummies because I was waking up feeling really dehydrated all the time. I don’t mind if I get dehydrated every once in a while, but don’t like the idea of being dehydrated every day. So I will probably use these gummies for digestive purposes on an irregular rather than a steady basis.
