There are so many products touting “Energy” – natural supplements, exercise supplements, teas, caffeine, drinks, etc. And I’ve tried a bunch of them! But they mostly are expensive, unknown brands, promising claims and occasionally the product would just change formulas or labels or something and you didn’t get the same thing each time. So that’s what this does – just elevates energy but not with an alarming jolt, but a good surge! The first time I took just 1 of the tabs, I cleaned a whole floor of my house. I think it would be good for the midday slumps, much better than those B12 4oz “energy” bottles! This product is great!!!! Hopefully it comes back in stock. I had to buy direct from Swanson recently because Amazon sold out. I paid $7 one time and $10 another time from Amazon. The price is very fair since the product works well. I’m using this to help with chronic pain. It’s amazing how well caffeine impacts pain management when used in moderation. I only take 1 and feel that 2 would be way too much for me. It has a delayed release of 45min and lasts for about 3 hrs. It helps me to focus even in chronic pain.
