Child won’t take them, taste horrible and smell even worse. Tried to return them but they won’t let me return them. I would not waste your money.

I know these gummies are intended for children but with my many chronic illnesses that I must deal with I take a lot of medications and supplements. Whenever I can, I try to find a healthy gummy version of my supplements. These hit that target for me. It also only has 2 grams of added sugar which is a plus for me. The gummies do smell of vinegar, but they are much better tasting than I thought they’d be. They are firm but easy to chew and they don’t get stuck in my teeth. This is a MUCH better alternative than drinking apple cider vinegar!!

I take ACV Gummies every day and this bottle recommended for children is half the dose I take as an adult. The flavor is very good, slight tang to it, which is normal for ACV gummies. There is added sugar so I don’t know how well these would fit into a KETO lifestyle.
Even though they are gummies, they fall into the soft category rather than the rubbery category. They are easy to chew. The bottle states these are for children ages of 4 and up.
There is a warning on the bottle: CONTAINS TREE NUTS (COCONUT)
On the bottom of the bottle is the Lot # and Expiration Date. This particular bottle expires 04/2025.
The bottle was triple sealed, shrink wrap around the entire bottle and lid, then the plastic neck band and an inner seal. I felt very confident that safety precautions had been taken.
I feel ACV Gummies help with digestion, but that is my opinion and may differ from yours. But I can say these taste good and no odd aftertaste.

I take apple cider vinegar (ACV) every day and just recently started taking it in gummy form. These compare very nicely with the other brands I’ve tried. Because they are formulated for children, only one gummy per day is recommended. It also has vitamins and minerals and some sugar. As a parent, I would check the percentages to make sure it is the recommended dosage for a child, but these have a mild taste – ACV not noticeable – and are easy to chew and swallow. I always wash them down with a full glass of water and brush my teeth afterwards because I worry about the ACV affect on my teeth and these tend to be a bit sticky.
I can’t swear ACV has helped me on my weight loss journey these past few months as it is just one part of many changes to my diet and lifestyle, but they sure haven’t hurt anything. And for some reason, gummies are easier for me to take and make it more likely I won’t forget to take them everyday.

Supplements are regulated like foods by the FDA, and claims regarding efficacy often aren’t backed by science. So I don’t review supplements based on those claims, and instead rate them based on ingredients, quality, value, and usage.
Overall: 4 stars – A reasonably priced ACV supplement for children. Note that it also contains pomegranate and beet root juice, which may or may not be indicated for your child’s health. I’d definitely check with their pediatrician before usage.
