I’m really impressed with the Liquid Multivitamin for Women, Men, and Kids! First things first, this smells like it is going to taste awful, but it doesn’t; the flavor is surprisingly pleasant. I wanted to put that out there first, because it took me a few hours to work up the courage to taste it after the initial ‘sniff test’, because I really thought it was going to taste really bad. I’m so relieved that the flavor/taste is pleasant. I also am liking that it is liquid, and it seems like it doesn’t need to be refrigerated; I couldn’t find anything on the label that said to refrigerate after opening. Previous liquid supplements I tried needed to go in the fridge, where I promptly forgot all about it. With it being in liquid form it makes it easier for me to take as I don’t do well with large tablets or capsules. Overall this product is better than I was expecting, and it meets my needs. Also, compared to similar products, the price is reasonable which is a relief.

I like this Liquid Multivitamin. It really tastes good to me. It’s got a very traditional vitamin smell to it, and tastes similar, and tastes great. I don’t dread taking this every day. I have to have the liquid because I have malabsorption issues, so this is perfect. I like the combination of vitamins it comes with too.

Month’s supply of a nice liquid adult multi-vitamin supplement. This has quite a mixture of good vitamins and minerals for daily use. Good for those who can’t or don’t like pills or if you need a liquid vitamin supplement (surgery etc.).
I drink it straight and to me it’s kind of like a “concentrated orange juice” taste. It’s strong, but not unpleasant to me at least. Shake well before using. One thing I wish is that they marked the recommended dosage on the cap so that you could use the cap to measure and take the vitamin. I did the second best thing by testing out one recommended dosage into the cap so that I knew where to fill it up to each day. Makes it a bit easier.

This supplement is all encompassing. It’s got a whole more than other multivitamins and the taste is not bad at all. Liquid supplements are the jam because they are better absorbed. It provides a great way for my kids and I to supplement our diet. The price is not bad too for what you get. I like it.

I ordered this mostly for my kids, however, there is no instructions on a child’s dosage. In fact, the bottle suggests not giving it to anyone under the age of 18 without a doctor’s approval.
It takes fine. If you can’t take pills for some reason, this is a good alternative. Looks like a pretty comprehensive blend of vitamins including some extra antioxidants and trace minerals. I like the the b12 is methylated. The folate is calcium folinate which in my brief researching online is supposed to be a more active form of folic acid. I prefer methyfolate because I have the MTHFR gene mutation, so I’ll be honest I am not sure what the implications of calcium folinate for someone who also has this gene mutation. In my quick google search, AL suggests that calcium folinate is methylated…but if you look further other sites say no. So long story short, I would prefer methylfolate over calcium folinate. Whenever I find multivitamins which claim to be ”methylated” They have always contained methylfolate.
Also, once you open this bottle, it has to be refrigerated which is kind of annoying.
NOTE – You may have seen the line above my review that says, ”Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.” So you may be thinking, ”Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?” I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews!
Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So, in a way, it’s not really ”free.” Also, we have no reason not to give full honest opinions. We don’t get dropped out of the program for rating things too high or too low. Therefore, my goal is to review the products honestly and thoroughly. I hope that I did that for you today.

My daughter doesn’t eat healthily and doesn’t like to take vitamin pills and doesn’t like most gummies. So really picky, which leads to her not getting enough green vegetables. She does like this liquid multi though, so anything to help her stay healthier. The taste is something she can get down and it’s quick and easy in the morning before she runs off for the school bus. Win.
