I haven’t really been taking this long enough for it to have a noticeable effect on my fertility, but I’ll be updating when I do. I will note my hair and nails grew fast and strong. It does make urine neon yellow, but that’s to be expected from the amount of B12 (excess B12 gets peed out). I also noticed brown discharge/spotting after my period ended which almost never happens (I believe I started taking these on CD 2).
Update 04/08/23:
So I forgot to come back and update. I fell pregnant the cycle after I made this review (lmp 10/05/22). I’m not sure if this was the cause, but it definitely didn’t hurt. I was also drinking raspberry tea. My aim was to regulate my cycles and monitor ovulation not to get pregnant. I was certain that I had fertility problems so it was a happy surprise that I was even able to get pregnant. Overall, this was a great vitamin and I only stopped taking it when my doctor gave me a prescription for prenatal vitamins.

We have been struggling to have a child for years due to my husband having 1% morphology. I had a friend recommend this and the male version to us (recommended by her fertility doctor). So I decided to give it a try before we reached out for medical help. It was worth the shot.
We were only half way through our second bottle and THEY WORK!!! I found out I was pregnant 2 months after we started taking these. I am now almost in my second trimester and everything is going great.
If you are trying to conceive, please, PLEASE give these a try! I thought they would be like any other supplement so I didn’t have high hopes. But now I cannot stress enough how these supplements made such an amazing impact!

So far the pros are: I’ve noticed a boost of energy when taking these, my cravings during my time of the month aren’t as bad, and I don’t know if it’s supposed to have an effect on my hair but it feels healthier. I plan to continue taking these and noticed my period seem to be more regular. Cons for me: I’ve noticed my urine to changed in color and smell….so I’m going to go with it was due to taking the supplements, because it’s the only thing that I’ve changed recently in my daily routine. Another con was the taste is awful!!, Fishy awfulness and bad after taste too but once you drink enough juice or coffee it goes away eventually. If you can get past the taste I’d say give them a try!

I started taking this supplement after my hormones were out of balance from an ectopic pregnancy. I was having missed periods. Hormonal imbalances. Horrible cramping in between periods. Period discharge that is not considered normal, among other symptoms. I feared that my chances of having an easy time getting pregnant again were at risk. So I found this product. Read the good reviews, and decided to give it a try. I’m not planning on getting pregnant now, but want to prepare my body for when the time comes. I’ve been taking these for three months and all my periods have been showing up on time every single month since I started taking these! I also know when I’m ovulating because I get all the obvious signs and symptoms of ovulation. Except this month I got an extra surprise when I went in for an ultrasound a week before my period, and was told by my doctor that they saw me actively ovulating during the ultrasound. This was a week before my period. Meaning I ovulated twice in one month! Amazing product. Did more for me than the birth control pill. I highly recommend.

I chose these vitamins since they fit every single thing I was looking for at a great price and only 2 capsules daily but the taste of these is down right disgusting. I honestly do not know if I will be able to continue taking them due to the taste. I tried every trick, holding my nose etc. Nothing helps other than time.

I’m 24 years of age and I had never gotten pregnant in my life I was told that I my eggs in my ovaries don’t mature well I researched fertility supplements and found this I got it in December and found out I was pregnant in march unfortunately the baby didn’t make it but I was extremely glad to know that I could’ve gotten the chance to be a mother i literally was only consistent for the entire month of January and well February I stopped taking it for a while and march I was 8 days late and said let’s see and I was ik it was definitely these pills minus the fishy taste i believe in it and maybe I’ll try again please note I have been trying to see if I could get pregnant since I was 20 and it was never working until I started these pills 🩷

I’m struggling with infertility and was told I need a specific amount of very specific vitamins/supplements per day, and finding something that had all or most in it was getting hard. I was worried I was going to have to buy 3 or 4 different things. But this one is pretty packed with what I need! My one complaint is the taste from the fish oil. No matter what I do it does not go down very smooth, but other wise, that’s it.
