Descrição do Produto: Timeline Mitopure Urolithin A
I am fascinated by this Timeline Mitopure Urolithin A and the studies surrounding Urolithin A. This product is easy to take in the powder form. The instructions suggest mixing it with smoothie or yogurt. I think the reason is that it doesn’t stay mixed. I put it with other vitamin mixes or protein mix in my protein shaker. That way I can still keep it shaken and mixed. The flavor is subtle and good. The packets are easy to open. But for some reason the packets want to stay compressed. I have to make sure that I tear a large opening on the packet so that I can open the packet enough to get the powder out.
I have been reading many studies how it aids in mitochondrial function and aids in slowing age-related muscle decline and other areas. I have had no issues taking this and there have been no side-effects and studies show that this is generally the case.
I don’t necessarily notice any difference after taking this for a week. However, according to studies, the benefits may not occur until four months later. I assume that is why the product instructions state for best results to take a minimum of 4 months. Those benefits may result in only a 10% muscle-related improvement. Of course, it may be different for everyone.
Considering the cost of this Timeline Mitopure product it seems excessive for the minimal reported potential over that time period. It will be interesting to follow any future studies and if the price becomes more reasonable.

The literal instructions say you won’t notice any difference for at least a month but really more like 3 months. I only have a month’s worth of this to try out and sure enough, after 3 weeks I don’t notice anything different. That’s not even the annoying part.
There is a capsule version of this that seems like you can take it whenever you want as long as it’s with food. That product is wildly popular. This version is a powder that comes in sachets, and you are instructed to mix it with yogurt or some other mixing type thing. The problem is, this is berry flavored, which means about the only thing that you can mix it with is something vanilla or plain flavored. It would have been far better if it just came unflavored and I could have mixed it with whatever I want, but the limited blending options makes eating this rather tedious after a few weeks. Normally, I would mix something like this in with a protein shake or yogurt, but in this case, I can only stick with vanilla. It’s actually rather maddening.
The good news is that it tastes pretty good when mixed with something that is either vanilla or plain. It adds a nice little kick. Otherwise, it’s just too limiting.
I’m going 3 stars based on the product that seems to be good if you take it for at least three months but knocking off a star for making it flavored and overall harder to take. Just take the capsules and skip this.

Is it easy to take? It’s a small amount of powder in a sachet that mixes easily in a glass of water into a gritty suspension. It’s fairly neutral tasting but I don’t recommend mixing with water – it just makes a cloudy brown drink. The advice is to take it in yogurt or a smoothie. When you do this, it’s barely perceptible – doesn’t taste bad or good. Personally I’d prefer the pill form that they offer.
Are the ingredients verified by a third party? The company claims that they are, which is great. I scoured their website and couldn’t find anything to back up this claim.
Is it easy to learn about the ingredients? The website is one of the most useful I’ve seen. It actually refers to studies and allows you to explore them. They claim 15 years of research, and on the website they cite studies back to 2016 (an animal study on worms). There are meta analyses out there that you can find off their site quite easily if you want to do your own research. Some of the research on their site is as yet unpublished, so presumably not through a peer review process.
Does it work? I’ve taken it for a few weeks and can’t tell any difference – it’s one of those things that might require 12 weeks to have a measurable effect. I can’t tell whether it worked or not – I have to rely on my interpretation of the science to guide me.
Price? This is a premium price for a product that hints at longevity and muscle endurance improvements. Take one or two sachets per day as recommended would cost $7.50 per day at the price I tested. Sure, that’s a few cups of coffee, but still a higher price than some other longevity supplements.
It’s worth trying, I would say, and worth following the research to see when new, larger human based studies are published.

Doesn’t really taste like berry and stays very gritty unless it is shaken to the extreme. I’ve used it for a week and haven’t t noticed any benefit

Mixes well with water and a milk frother. It took about 3 weeks to notice some changes but I’m waking up more alert, my workouts are less taxing and my recovery time is amazing! Something’s are worth investing into your body and this is definitely one of them. Definitely recommend this brand.
