My iron levels, for sure, are doing much better while taking these. All I can do is hope everything else is absorbing so well too. I appreciate the ingredients and very much appreciate the omission of magnesium. I’ll never understand why so many multivitamins contain magnesium, when it blocks the absorption of so many vitamins. Magnesium should always be taken separately from Vitamins such as Vitamin C. Very pleased. Thank you.

I take multi-vitamins in order to get the nutrients my body needs, but which the foods I eat can’t quite supply. In order for the human body to absorb them, vitamins have to be food-based, not synthesized in a lab—otherwise, your system rejects them. Not only is this all-natural supplement made from fruits and vegetables, but they are organic, AND it contains beneficial probiotics plus other immunity-boosting ingredients!
One thing that sets this product apart from others is that the manufacturer is not try to dump too much of any good thing into your body. Whereas other supplements contain many times the daily allowance of B vitamins, D and others, two of these capsules provide 100% of all you need. That way excess water-soluble vitamins, such as niacin, thiamin and riboflavin aren’t being eliminated in your urine, and fat-soluble vitamins like A, D and E are not accumulating to dangerous levels. If you take just one capsule like me, you get what you need and a healthy diet provides the rest.
While you get all the vitamins and trace minerals you need, this does not supply calcium or iron. Those with certain conditions where their bodies absorb too much iron will appreciate that. The rest of us will need to take additional supplements to supply those nutrients.
This supplement is more expensive than what I usually buy. Nevertheless, as clean and wholesome as the ingredients are and the ease with which I can swallow one or two to get just what my body needs is worth the investment. Been taking a third of a dose (1 capsule a day) for a few months and a few things I noticed: 1) my energy during work and gym have improved, 2) my stomach issues are more mild and consistent since taking these, 3) I feel like my skin problems are a bit improved as well. I sometimes have slight nausea for 15 minutes since I take my dose right when I wake up. Other than that the compound blend is working great for me and the price is right.. Will buy again!

I think NUVANA Multifood whole food multivitamin is a great product. It has helped me ward off sickness that passed through my entire household. NUVANA has simply made me feel better. I suffer from fibromyalgia and exhaustion. I have noticed a big difference in my exhaustion level. The exhaustion has definitely lessened, and it gives me more liveliness. Additionally, my nails are growing quite a bit more! They look healthy and are stronger now.

I bought these vitamins for 2 reasons. First I was looking for vitamins to help with hair loss and can’t afford nutrafol. Also, I was taking several supplements on their own as well as probiotics. I swallowed a handful of pills every morning which had gotten old. These are what they call “food vitamins” which are kind of stinky. That’s kept me from taking these types of vitamins/supplements in the past. These aren’t bad and I keep them in the fridge which helps. I’m blathering, but hopefully in a good way. lol. To summarize, I have noticed a huge difference. I still take an extra B12 just for the added energy it gives me, but I get everything and then some of what I need with these. I’m glad I gave them a try. They aren’t expensive and well worth the money.

I found this supplement while I was looking for a multivitamin that had probiotics in it and had higher levels of b vitamins/biotin. Prior to this product I was buying separate supplements one for probiotic, one for biotin, one for b12, and a separate multivitamin but with this product I have eliminated the need to purchase multiple separate vitamins because this combines everything I need all in 2 supplements per day. It is really a great cost saver and value for your money. I love that it has 100% of every vitamin, which is hard to find in other multivitamins. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say about this product is taste is terrible, even just swallowing the pills the aftertaste is awful so I try to eat something immediately after to chase the taste down. If it weren’t for that small con, I would rate 5/5. But overall, great product. I will continue to purchase this product.

I was looking to try a new Women’s multivitamin and came across these by Nuvana. I really like the ingredients, and that there are no fillers & binders. I noticed I get energy after taking them, I’m also glad to have Turmeric and CoQ10 included.
The only downside is that it’s recommended dosage is 2 Capsules a day…I highly prefer 1 a day. Hopefully Nuvana can do that in the future. Overall I recommend these.
