Very effective and delicious additive that dissolves easily, doesn’t leave a horrible salty taste. I have heard questionable allegations about the ingredients but I haven’t found anything concerning myself. I hate the Prime Brothers but this product is really good

Flavor was good but a little too sweet. Ended up using half a package for 16 oz and that seems about right.
Cost is better than most.
Convenient packaging and seem to help keep us hydrated.

I don’t get the hype. My kid loves them so I buy them but I think regular water will suffice. The flavor to me isn’t bad, I’m just more of a pure water drinker. 5 stars though from my kid

Such a great amount of packets that they give you making it so economical. Gives me energy and helps me recharge. The ingredients seem healthy enough and it taste delicious like candy! I take two packs and put it in a gallon of water and just let it sit in the fridge for about an hour or two and then I mix it up. It doesn’t dissolve really easily or fast. I barely drink water so this is just really excellent for me. It also helps me focus and rebalance.

These PRIME hydration sticks are a great way to add impressive flavoring and vitamins to your water. I typically use these for mountain biking, especially on long rides where I might need to refill my Camelback. I purchased the lime flavor which is very tasty. One stick works great with my 2L water pack for just enough flavor to not overpower you. The sticks are quite small which is great when storing in your bag while riding/hiking. They give great hydration and don’t have a lot of sugar (2g) which is best.

Pros:

• Low Sugar & Caffeine-Free: I appreciate that these sticks are low in sugar and caffeine-free, making them a healthier option compared to other hydration powders on the market.
• Vegan-Friendly: As someone who is conscious of ingredients, it’s great to see that this product is vegan and free of any animal-derived ingredients.

I’m not a big fan of all of the flavors. I like the Ice Pop best. Strawberry Watermelon is okay. Blue Raspberry doesn’t taste, at all, like it’s supposed to and I don’t care for it.

I got these because I needed something with electrolytes for a super long hike. In the end, I’m actually glad I forgot them. I’d probably give them a 3. My kids would give them a 10 out of 5, so I’ll settle on four.
I didn’t run into the issues that others have. If you have a good water bottle, you can shake these up and they dissolve really easily. I also used a spoon in a regular pint glass, and that incorporated the powder into the water really well. But that’s the thing – it was sixteen ounces of water and it was still too sweet for me.
I really want to try these out in a larger 2L or 3L bladder to see how the water cuts the taste there.
But, again – my kids, who love Prime, love this stuff. They say its better than the bottles. And the price is less than half the price of a bottle as well, which is an enormous plus.
If you already like Prime, you’ll love this. If you’re a middle aged dude who isn’t into it as much… then maybe you wont. I’ll probably still buy more though as it’s a solid price point for hydration electrolytes in hot weather or intensive workouts.
