I’m not a doctor, so anything I say within this review is simply opinion, speculation, and personal experience. As always, taking supplements effects everyone differently and what works for one body type may not work for another.
For me these seem to be working well. I have a sensitive stomach, especially when it comes to medication, but I have not had any nausea, heartburn, stomachaches, or intestinal cramping from these even though I take them on an empty stomach, as the label encourages.
The first couple of days I didn’t notice any change, which is pretty much what I expected the whole experience to be like. After about a week, however, I began to notice several changes that have since become even more noticeable. The first thing was a slight change to the smell and color of my urine – it’s a little darker and the odor is odd, not unlike how asparagus or garlic changes the smell. I have been consuming plenty of water and had no other diet changes, so it seems to be a direct result of the detox. The second thing that began occurring was a change in the smell of my sweat, which is more pungent that it was before. Again, because of the lack of other changes I believe this is also a sign that my body is expelling additional waste. I think there has also been a sight change of smell to my… other waste, as well, but it’s less noticeable, which makes sense. The color and texture of said waste don’t seem to have changed much, though to be honest I’m checking too closely.
I had a very stressful 2023 and was both vaping and drinking heavier than I had in the past, something I’ve been actively working on for several months now. I’m hoping this detox will help my body recover from the abuse I put it through and am happy to see changes that would suggest it’s doing just that.
Again, I’m not a doctor, and this is just my personal experience with this product so far. I’ll update my review if concerns pop up in the future.

There are a bunch of notable things I like about these supplements. I like that they are made here in the States, and I like that they are vegan. These supplements are straightforward and transparent about what it is, containing only 1 ingredient. It is an easy take capsule, with no notable taste or odors.
I do have to mention while I didn’t have any negative effects with them, I don’t know that I experienced any positive effects drastic enough to notice. I’m close th finishing the bottle & will try to update how I feel once completed.

1. The listed ingredients are common for this type of supplement.
2. The pills have no taste, are are easy to swallow.
3. I’ve taken the entire bottle, and over that time, I have noticed subtle benefits, most noticeably that I feel a bit more settled, energized, and not as exhausted. All of those benefits are common as someone detoxes.
Bottom line:
I didn’t experience game changing results, but I definitely did see some benefit to taking this supplement.

Indole-3-Carbinol attracted my attention because it’s abundant in cruciferous vegetables and helps to support cellular health. I don’t eat as many vegetables as I should, so this supplement is helping me to achieve that benefit.
The bottle contains 60 capsules, which is a 60-day supply. The capsules are off-white in color, are average size, and easy to swallow. They have no flavor and a very mild odor that’s hard to describe, but almost a bit musty. Each serving contains 200mg of the active ingredient.
This is a vegan and gelatin-free product made by Force Factor, which is a nationally recognized brand that I feel confident taking. It’s manufactured in the USA. It’s a straightforward supplement with just the one active ingredient, so it’s ideal for someone who wants to try Indole-3-Carbinol without any additional active ingredients in order to see how it may help your health.

I haven’t seen any impact at all from the supplement, so I’m not sure if its ineffective or it just takes quite a long period of use to build up in your system. The capsules have no taste and are made in the US.
