I take multivitamins most days and have been interested in trying some Liposomal based supplements.
According to what I have read some research supports the idea that encapsulating vitamins and minerals with liposomes (basically fat molecules) helps improve their biological absorption.
Since I normally take the vitamins contained in this product, D3, B12, Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc I thought this would be a good way to introduce myself to the Liposomal variety.
If I determine that I experience either negative side effects or positive benefits I will come back and edit this review.

I like that these vitamin D3 gummies also have 5 other vitamins that I need. They are firm but still easy to chew and taste good. I don’t think they smell bad and you get a good amount so a pretty good value for the money. I cannot yet speak to their effectiveness but they seem to be easier absorbed.

This one of the better “all in ones” I have used. This supplement contains five of the most necessary nutrients to increase your energy, lessen your bad attitude, and help with heart health. It has magnesium, zinc, vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 and B12.
Non GMO ingredients.
Now, of course the FDA has not signed off on ANY of the claims, since this is a supplement. But, they are all about the Big Pharma drugs, so I don’t expect they ever will. It’s up to you to do the requisite research, learn about any potential side effects, and decide whether taking such supplements is worth it. I happen to have great results with supplementation, but that could be a fluke.
No matter what, you still owe it to yourself to discover more about vitamins and supplements, especially those that could impact your immune system. Don’t rely on the government to keep you healthy.

I am very low on vitamin D and decided to look for a potent supplement when I ran across this product. Not only is it high in vitamin D, but it also contains some other very good supplements. The addition of the K2, calcium, magnesium and zinc round out this supplement to a real powerhouse! It might seem a little high in price, but this bottle lasts for 60 days if you take two a day. If you were to buy all of these supplements individually it would cost a lot more than this bottle. Of course, I won’t know if this product will improve my vitamin D levels until my next checkup, and I will update this review at that time.

Much of what I already take is offered in this single supplement without the need to open three other bottles. Living in Michigan, my bloodwork usually shows a D3 deficiency, and my health care professional has told me that K2 is needed to help metabolize the D3. So these two together is a good combination.
But then B12, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc are also included in each easy to swallow capsule, so I am getting a number of supplements that my health care provider has suggested. It is important to check with your health care provider prior to taking any supplements. I am pleased that I have added to my supplement regime and feel that this product will do my body some good.

This vitamin combo, Liposomal D3 K2 B12 by Lilicare seems to be a good assortment. I ordered it primarily for vitamins D and K but can appreciate the zinc since I’m currently going through a head cold.
I’ve been taking them daily and feel fine except for my unrelated small head cold. The capsules are easy to swallow and without any taste. I like the facts of organic oils used in the ingredients and that it’s made in USA. They are a little bit more expensive as a supplement but the value is hard to judge after short term use.
