Pros:
The taste is not bad, just terribly sweet.
You can get the dosage recommended by the National Institute of Health of 35 mg per day, which is very hard to find.
Easy to administer.
Does not interfere with prescription blood pressure or cholesterol medications.
Cons:
We did not notice any discernable difference in stress or anxiety while taking this.
My husband said he did not feel quite right when taking it and felt normal after stopping. (Hard to quantify this.)
I will most likely not continue to take this. However, just because it didn’t work for us doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else.

I purchased this product and had some questions about it after receiving it, so I emailed the seller through Amazon and amazingly, the seller responded and answered all of my questions and more. The product is excellent and has a delicious flavor – no bitterness like Niacinamide powder. I am delighted not only with the product, but more importantly with the company owner, the seller who provides outstanding care for his customers. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great B3 Niacinamide supplement and who wants to support a great company.

On second bottle now.
Seems to have helped my mental attitude and perceived energy level. A bit more active dreams. Taking two dropperfulls 3x daily for a total dosage of about 100mg.
Noticed some reduction in knee, back and ankle pain. Encouraged enough with these results to order the powder (elsewhere) to mix my own for future use.
Slightly sweetens the water, pleasant taste. Was worth the try. From my research, I understand this supplement has a trade-off – a little is good, multiple times a day, but a higher dosage is not as effective because it has a short life before being metabolized. Good luck.

This product has no taste and also it does not cause any facial or chest flushing, which can often occur with taking niacinamide (a.k.a. vitamin B3).
Along with my internist’s advice, I have decided to do everything I can to avoid taking a statin to in order to lower my cholesterol. If this formulation does not make a difference in six months, then I will begrudgingly start taking a statin. Cardiovascular disease in the form of elevated cholesterol and high blood pressure runs in my family.
My blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglyceride levels were way too high 3 weeks ago, so in addition to taking this vitamin B3 twice a day, I am also taking:
daily fish oil (1250 mg)
one baby aspirin (81mg daily)
1-2 tbsp of flaxseed oil (in yogurt, delicious!)
4 oz of no added sugar beet juice
2 TBSP Metamucil daily
I have been decreasing my intake of saturated fats, and have increased my daily physical activity, too.
The available literature notes that taking Vitamin B3 can help to lower high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well reduce the risk of heart attack by slowing down the process of narrowing arteries. There is also a ton of literature that supports all of the above as well. After speaking with my physician and reading a TON on my own, this is the path that I’m taking for now. Hopefully the blood tests that I take in the next few weeks and months will render good results!

All my B’s are low so it can’t hurt, but I read niacinamide could help in the extreme dryness of the outside of my mouth (menopause side effect) Whether or not it’s true, it seems to help when I take it correctly!
It’s super sweet so no need to mix with anything! Just 2 half droppers per day.
