Gummies look and taste delicious, which is really the main thing anyone can comment on at this point. Serving size is one per day, which means this is a 120 day supply, which should give me plenty of time to see if I notice any impact.
Generally speaking in my experience, I have never had a noticeable impact from any supplement I’ve taken, other than a change in urine color from vitamins, so I’m not terribly optimistic.
Still, for now, no reason not to give this product 5 stars as I have no idea what effect (if any) it will have on me.
I’ll try to come back and update this in 60-120 days once I’ve been taking it for a while. Thus far, I took one and I did not get a flush. I have experienced a Niacin flush before.
One quick disclaimer, I did a quick google search to check the dosage since this is 3125% of your daily recommended amount and found the following: – “high doses of 500 mg/day or more, nicotinamide can cause diarrhea, easy bruising, and can increase bleeding from wounds.”
So if I start to get any of this, I will update.

I took a blood test prior to starting taking these one year ago. I have been consistently taking them and my cholesterol has increased. While there is no flushing, these gummies do not help lower cholesterol and are ineffective. I’ll be trying a pill.

This Nicotinamide 500mg Gummies, Vitamin B3 is an excellent supplement for my skin. It is filled with essential vitamins and minerals that are known to be very potent and effective in restoring skin health. I’ve been using it for more than a week now. It is easy to chew and has no after-taste. The texture is rich and the color of the content looks clean and processed well. There’s little to no undesirable smell in it and the flavor is tasty and very natural. In my experience, it has helped my energy level and makes me feel good with my skin glow. It also improved my mood all through the day. As for me, I’m giving Nicotinamide 500mg Gummies, Vitamin B3 a 5-star rating.
However, my recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. I’m not earning from any of these manufacturers. In most cases, there is already much research and studies made on the ingredients here. It’s up to the consumer to do their homework in order to feel comfortable and safe in taking the supplement. Moreover, prolonged use may cause compromise of immunity or increase toxicity level in the body. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement or not.
For decades, I’m fully interested in researching, understanding, and using natural food supplements, especially those with great quality and potency. However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. On immediacy, the supplement may have a reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users.
