This is the second batch of ‘keto’ ACV gummies I’ve ordered only to discover they actually aren’t what I would consider to be keto. These are slightly better than the other brand I’ve tried in that they have less sugar and carbs. But, like the others, the primary ingredients are sugar and corn syrup. These have 2g of carbs and 2g sugar per gummy. So definitely keep that in mind.
These also don’t taste quite as good as the others I’ve tried. They don’t taste bad, mind you, just not quite as fresh tasting. The texture is also a bit softer than I prefer, but that’s definitely a personal preference type of thing.
Like the others, I’d have definitely given a higher rating (probably a 4) if they were sweetened with monk fruit or stevia and contained no sugars.

It’s hard to tell whether this boost is actually boosting my energy and/or metabolism but it’s decent tasting and very easy to use.
After years of taking supplements, I have found that the gummy versions are a pleasant change.

I’ve ordered and taken other ACV gummies. This one is a bit darker, more sour & more tart than other brands I’ve tried. Even the smell itself is more pungent than others.
The label is very small but it states there is 4g sugar for 1 serving size. One serving size is 2 gummies. There are 60 gummies in a bottle. In theory, each bottle is a 30-day supply.
However, I generally take one ACV gummy per day.
I can’t speak to the nutritional benefits but I do take one ACV gummy per day in the hopes there is some small health benefit.
