Been my go-to pre workout for quite awhile now. Enough caffeine to get going but no overwhelming jitters where you wonder if your heart is going to explode. Flavor is great too when mixed with about 12oz of water. On subscription and no plans to stop.

I needed to get something for a younger athlete that was clean and didn’t have a high level of creatine and Beta-alanine and had a reasonable taste. After trying a couple of different brands this one rose to the top. Really because of the taste for the watermelon and the fruit punch flavors. I have tried it myself and the flavors are great and you don’t get the tingling feeling from high levels of things a younger athlete shouldn’t have.

I’ve used all kinds of pre workout and supplements for the gym the last 20 years or so. They all do about the same thing.. bit of tingles, some energy. Some have more tingles and jitters than others. I personally like that because it really makes me move heavy stuff and not lack on cardio,
This preworkout tasted decent (watermelon) and mixed well. I don’t notice any jitters or super elevated heart rate like others. Some also help me sweat more; which I like. This one has not had that effect on me. It’s a very good, mild pre workout that tastes great, but if you’re looking for a full throttle, hardcore pre workout to make you run through walls, this one isn’t necessarily that, But it’s a very good price and I can appreciate a more moderate Burst of energy.

Gives me the skin tingles like all good pre-workouts but it is not overwhelming, and I did not have the racing-heart feeling that some pre-workouts give me! It energized me and tasted great. Gave me the motivation & energy boost for my whole workout. will be sticking with c4 for now.
