This definitely helps with alcohol consumption and cravings when taken at the correct time. It works better when taken approximately 2 hours before consuming alcohol. If you wait and take it right before, it does not work as well. It tastes like an Asian food sauce to me. The taste is very tolerable. I don’t mix it in any beverages, I just drop it in the back of my throat.

I give this to my boyfriend twice a day for alcohol detox. So far it’s been a week he has no cravings and has no alcohol. Has had mild detoxing symptoms. I would say it works after a couple of days. He has more energy, less shaking, sleep isn’t well at the moment but will get back to normal in awhile. I like this product

I believe that this is a wonderful product and that it is going to help cleanse my Liver beautifully! The ingredients are so VERY IMPRESSIVE and I have learned that to keep your Liver cleansed is so vitally and profoundly imperative to your overall Health and well-Being, along with your Vibrancy and the entire Quality of your life! While this product has great ingredients I couldn’t find any info on the concentration of each one of them, I tried it during my 4 day cleanse and took 2ml twice a day and I can say that I felt different for sure, i believe it is the Kudzu root which was the main reason I ordered it, the taste is good and I just dropped it directly in my mouth and followed with a little water, of course you can mix it into the liquid of your choice but while detoxing I was limited to water only, I still have more than half a bottle and will be repeating the detox again in few weeks, will update my review accordingly

The country from where the ingredients are sourced is not labeled, nor is the amount of key components present noted. The research done on milk thistle states that minimum levels must be ingested for there to be even a hope of effect, but there is no way to know how much milk thistle is in this product.
