These taste great and have been a perfect factor for getting my gut back to equilibrium. I’m pretty skeptical when it comes to gummy supplements, but I’ve had issues swallowing, have slow digestion, and take enough pills as it is so I thought I’d give these a try. Let’s be honest- In order to get a real, good, healthy dose of probiotics you need to have live cultures, but for what it is, I was very pleasantly pleased! These are a nice, soft gummy. You can chew, melt or dissolve in your mouth. I have issues with digestion, IBS-c, and acid reflux. I’ve found these to personally be helpful with all of them. They say twice a day but I’ll admit, I’ve taken an extra here and there if I ate something heavy after I had already taken it earlier. They seem to be most effective in the morning and at night or after meals. My only complaints are the cultured smell and moisture as you get to the end of the jar and the fact that these taste so good, it’s hard not to eat just one!

I’ve always struggled going to the restroom. If I got lucky, I would go 2 times a week. I’ve been taking 2 gummies every morning for about 2 months. I wash it down with a warm glass of water (not sure if this helps). AND OH BOY OH BOY! It’s go time every morning. I hit the restroom 30-40 minutes after taking it and it’s easy and satisfying. No pain, no discomfort. A great way to start my day. I’ve subscribed! I’m on my second bottle now and enjoying every bit of it. I’ve never tried any other brands, but this one seems to work for me, so I am going to stick to it. Great product!

I used to take different kind of probiotic supplement and they were just ok, this one worked fantastic on me! It worked 8 out of 10 times, I took this when I woke up then exercised and had brunch, it worked within an hour after my first meal and I didn’t have uncomfortable feeling, it just like a natural sign and it was smooth! I tried to seek for other name brand with same probiotics but this one did a better job, also it was super delicious, the best gummy I’ve ever had, already had 2 second bottle, will keep buying this when it has great deal.

Product as described. Arrived in time. Chewy gummy. Flavour palatable. One kid does not like the flavour( taste) still manages to eat. Time will tell if improves gut bacteria.
