Been taking Solaray for years and years. Have ordered several times from this vendor and always new and inside Solaray’s expiry date (minimum 1 year out from a vendor) , as opposed to some other sellers… And, the price is lower than my local health food stores.
I have problems swallowing pills,, but I can get these down. No idea why it asks for taste as a criteria , because yeah ..: a lot of times when I can’t get it down in time and it dissolves in my mouth , OF COURSE it’s not tasty , but tbh, as long as I’ve been taking these , I’m pretty used to it. Plus it’s nowhere near as bad as when gabapentin dissolves lol
NOTE: If you’re new to Solaray products, they occasionally make small adjustments to ingredients or ratios based on available science, so it’s not an error at all 🙂
Also, MEN should ALWAYS take an iron-free supplement (unless otherwise directed by a doctor). Feel free to Google why if you don’t know. Not to mention that without iron, you don’t get the whole issue with … well… what happens when you ingest iron lol 🙂
Taking with food is best because aids in absorption, but , I take on an empty stomach often with no discomfort. Something no other company’s vitamin can match!
And yes; drink the whole 8 Oz glass of water with it and not just a sip (UODBAD…), or whatever you drink with meds.

The Solaray Multivitamin i bought, arrived packed well, so far seems to be ok. I will say that it does have a bit of an aftertaste upon swallowing, but goes down easy enough at least for me.

It’s getting harder and harder to find a good high potency, iron free capsule. Men get enough iron in their diet so supplementing it isn’t necessary, since it accumulates in the body if you take too much. Some people find that capsules cause less digestive upset, and I can say these have never given me issues.
As far as energy, I can’t honestly feel any boost like you would get with caffeine. But I always feel a little stronger, more even keeled and able to
handle stress. Everything seems to run a little better with adequate intake of vital nutrients – that’s why I take a high quality and potency multiple.
There’s no substitute for good food and I always try to eat well, but still there are times when a well balanced meal isn’t happening for a day or two. The pricing on most of Solaray vitamins including these is pretty good.
Quality is important for anything you’re putting in your body and I’ve take Solary products for years. Who knows if it’s the vitamins but I still have 90% of my hairline and it’s barely grey in my mid 50s.

I mistakenly thought the product was not iron free, but looked closely at the label and it does say free of iron on the bottom. So I edited my review to say that this is the product I was expecting. Thanks Solaray for this great product I have used for many years!

Sold this brand in my health food store when I owned one. I trust their products as they are tested in trustworthy laboratories. This is a good product for older men as it has no iron.

I took a chance on ordering this multivitamin and I’m glad I did. I have taken other brands of vitamins over the years (I’m 66 years old) and I wasted my money. They never seemed to work for me. So, I gave up on taking a multivitamin for many years. But, because of the great reviews, I decided to try these. I am so glad I did. They really work well. I feel so much better and I DO have more energy and stamina. I suffer from an autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia so, I was desperate for help. I would highly recommend this product. It is well worth your money. And you won’t be disappointed. This is from a girl who NEVER writes reviews or feedback. But I felt this was important enough to write one.

I really like this vitamin, I really love that it is a capsule form with makes it easier to swallow, it has all my important daily vitamins. I T is easy to use , just one time a day. I really see the difference in my nails an energy levels are great too.

I’m loving these Solaray High Energy Multivitamins. I’ve been taking them about a year now, and they seem to fulfill all my needs. My recent checkup was good. I really have a problem swallowing big pills, so I have to look for capsules in supplements. I prefer capsules that meet all my needs once a day. Solaray does the trick for me.
