These gummies are decently priced at $13 for a 100-day supply to provide the advertised 1mg of melatonin. Of course, if you need a larger dose, you’ll need to take more than one gummy. The taste is good, but the serving isn’t quite enough for me. I usually need 5mg, so I have to take 5 gummies. My son takes 3 gummies to get his pediatrician-recommended dosage of 3mg, and these work well for him.

I got Nui Nutra Melatonin Gummies for my teen daughter to fix her sleep patterns before school.
These gummie work well for her, and she likes taking them. The serving size is just one gummy; the texture taste and aroma are pleasant.
At the time of this review, it’s a good value and will consider repurchasing it if we need melatonin again,

most in my family don’t need melatonin. i am on the border with my ADHD, but i can’t let the grogginess swing on the end of being drug induced. i like that they are in 1mg options so you can vary what you need based on how active the mind is (some nights shutting the mind off is impossible). easy to consume and will like having on hand for those every so often nights when needed.

I really like these. I think that the price is fantastic if you only need one gummy, but I tend to use ~3 at a time. $12.69 a month would be fine if melatonin in low doses was especially useful for me, but as it is not a total game-changer it isn’t something that I would spend that on – you can get bottles for the same price that have a higher dosage. They definitely do work and 1mg is seen as a good starting dose even for adults, but I do feel like most adults are going to need to take multiple to see the effects. I must say, though, that I really appreciate that these are vegan-friendly gummies.
Side note – keep the bottle away from your children. Unlike other brands that I have used, these genuinely taste like candy (and I do mean that in a good way, most melatonin gummies I have tried taste horrible and it would be difficult to get children to take them. You won’t have that problem with these unless your kids don’t like strawberry flavored things).

I’ve only been able to find a 5mg dose of melatonin in our local store which makes me groggy in the morning. This is just the right amount for me to fall asleep but not feel tired in the morning.
The gummies are similar in size and texture to fruit snacks. They are a little sweet and have a good flavor to them. Personally I like the tablets that dissolve better however my teenagers prefer these.
I’ve been using these when needed for the last couple weeks and overall they work great when I need to get to sleep.

We tried these melatonin gummies when our usual brand was out of stock. They were good and had a good taste. Their price was a little more per quantity than our other brand but when they’re out of stock it’s worth it to find one comparable in flavor.

I’ve been taking 1 mg. of melatonin 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime in various edible forms for many years. I started taking it as a natural sleep aid long before its popularity surged, and higher dosages have become the norm. Melatonin gently helps calm down and relax my mind and body at night so that I can fall asleep without a struggle. Its effect is less dramatic than a sleeping pill, but unless I’m super stressed or upset about something at bedtime, it does the trick.
Nowadays it’s harder to find 1 mg. dose options for melatonin than it is to find higher dose options. As is the case with many other products sold in the US, melatonin manufacturers have taken to super-sizing. However, since 1 mg. of melatonin has always worked for me, I see no reason to take more than is needed to get the job done.
I was happy to be able to find and try out another option for low dose, 1 mg. chewable melatonin. These strawberry melatonin gummies are shaped like half a raspberry. In my opinion, they smell and taste delicious. And, after testing them out for a few nights, I have found these gummies to work as well as the previous 1 mg. chewable Melatonin products I have used.

These are delicious, easy to chew and swallow and they are pretty inexpensive at less than $14 for 100. And a serving size is only one gummy. The problem is that the serving size is only 1 mg. My other melatonin supplement is 5 mg. So while these taste good, and go down easy, I have to take them in addition to my other supplement so I can get 6 mg of melatonin. It just feels like a waste for 1 mg. Another complaint is that the first 3 ingredients are sugar. I will finish up the bottle, but these do not work for me by themselves. Won’t be ordering again.
