These things are very subjective so what may work for you may have not worked for me. At this price point it is a very good value if it achieves what you want from it for me it didnt do much taste was okay again subjective it wasnt my favorite thing ive gotten to review but it was far from the worst. Overall it was a okay but I wouldnt get it for myself as it just wasnt for me personally.

The Overachieve supplement kit consists of 12 small bottles of a variety of 3 supplements. You are supposed to drink an entire bottle at one time in accordance with the instructions. They are very tasty. Just a swig makes me feel more lively, although that may just be me.
I suggest that you keep these hidden from little fingers.

I was very curious but yet cautious of these with the nanoscience detail. I’ve tried the relax and sleep so far. It was one of those things you don’t see coming type of experience. I didn’t realize it and then it hits you in a calming way.

This is a decent pack of supplement shots, promising things like relaxation, sleep, or “vitality”. First, I like the delivery system. These “shots” are a novel idea that I’m seeing more companies trying. Having them individually packaged like these make them easier to take on the go. Now, in terms of the different supplements, your mileage may vary. I found that the sleep shot was the most effective. It definitely made me drowsy. I used one in place of a sleep medication that I typically take….and while not as effective as a low dose sleep medication….I’d say that this was at least effective as something like a melatonin pill. The relaxation shot ‘seemed’ to be effective. Hard to say what percentage of relaxation is attributable to this supplement. The ‘vitality’ shot I really am not sure what it did, other than be kind of gross tasting. The other two tasted fine, but Chai Spice is not my cup of tea. Worth giving these a shot to see if they are effective for you.

The most these little shots have going for them are their convenience. With their small volume and inoffensive flavoring these are easy to knock back for a quick boost of the supplemental blend. As many others have said, these really are not outstanding in the way of performance.
It probably has to do with how under dosed the ingredients are. Sure, they use ingredients that have demonstrated outcomes superior to placebo in clinical studies. However, they don’t use anywhere near the same levels that are proven effective. For instance, the relaxation drink uses only 400mg of the Reishi mushroom whereas grams/day (thousands of mg) are needed to achieve meaningful effects. Only 10mg of Ashwagandha are used while many published studies are citing at least 500mg/day for reducing stress and anxiety. Only 50mg of Rhodiola is used while studies find it takes usually at least 200mg TWICE each day for effective reduction in stress and anxiety.
Overall, this is probably best for people who already take these throughout the day and need a convenient way to get a boost at some point in the day. But who knows, you could be sensitive to the blends and find they work wonders for you. If losing $28 won’t hurt you then it wouldn’t hurt to give these a shot.

The flavor and drinking experience were far better than I expected. When I read that these were mushroom-based, I was worried they would taste super earthy, but that wasn’t the case. The flavors were light and fruity, except for the chai, which had a truly phenomenal taste. The chai reminded me of chai from Starbucks, which I love. I would definitely drink these again from a flavor standpoint.
As for the effects, it may be due to the ultra-low dosages used and my general lack of sensitivity to supplements, but I didn’t notice much from any of the three. My body typically requires higher dosages to feel the stated effects, so these likely didn’t cross my threshold. I really wanted to love these supplement shots, but without noticeable effects, it’s hard to justify the price.
All in all, at over two dollars a piece, I won’t be ordering these again. However, if you’re someone who is particularly sensitive to supplements, especially mushrooms, or if your body responds well to lower dosages, you may have a totally different experience. As always, consult with a healthcare professional before taking any new supplements.
