Works well and seems to give me some extra energy. They do have a ‘slight’ B vitamin smell (expected). Not too much of a taste. These seem to have almost the same effectiveness for me as a food- based B complex.

The recommended dose is just 1 capsule a day. Each 60ct bottle is a 2-month supply, which makes them a good value. The capsules are large, but still easy enough to swallow. They are odorless and flavorless. I can take the capsule on an empty stomach before I head to work and not experience any negative side effects, which is great.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now. They are gigantic! I have two probiotics to take and this is bigger than both of those. It goes down easy enough with enough to drink. There is no weird taste to it, nor does it cause any weird burping. I’m not sure if the vitamins have helped or not given it’s one variable in my life that changed; I know they haven’t had a negative effect. I’d get these again.

So a friend clued me into this Tri-Methyl stuff that is supposed to help with those of us who do not process B12 the way normal people do. I get tired instead of feeling more energy. I dont really like taking too many supplements but thought Id give it a try seeing as how Im now in menopause and the fatigue can be overwhelming most days. Im telling you, I dont know what magic potion this stuff is, but in only 4 days, I can already feel the difference. I thought day one was a fluke seeing as how it was only the first day. But then day two, and day 3… I mean, this is very unusual for me seeing as how one good day of energy seems to require a week of recovery and this is the only thing Ive done different. I feel good, feel positive, have energy, even a few aches and pains I normally have all day long dont seem to bother me as much. They are still there, it just doesnt seem to drain me like before. I actually look forward to taking this after breakfast. I will say the capsules are large, so if you have problems swallowing pills, they may be an issue, but if you can do it, and you know you are one of those people that do not get the benefits of taking B12 alone, I would give this a try!

I really like how this looks on paper – the nutrients and values look good. I’ve been taking these almost a month now, and can’t complain about any unwanted side-effects (I haven’t noticed any good effects either). My main complaint is that there is no transparency about the company, any lab tests, or certifications (GMP, etc). The only thing that is mentioned is that it is distributed by a US company, and manufactured by apparently another US company. If I wanted to keep taking these in the long term, I’m going to need to see some sort of data on whether or not this brand products actually contain what is claimed, and how its manufactured. While I won’t go as low as one or two stars in this case (at least its made in USA), I can’t recommend something without reservation when there is really no verified information available about what it is and who is producing it.
