If you are used to the taste of the regular capsule exterior or the vitamin E liquid inside, this will taste different for sure. Some people may not like it – my kid didn’t. But if you swallow it or wash it down, it may not matter

I have Aphra Gal. which means I can not consume any mammal meat or by product. Many Vitamins have gel caps which are made of gelatin from beef. In saying all that this is one of the few Vitamins that I have found with a vegan capsule.
