First off, thanks to the manufacturer for not using a huge bottle for 15 pills. My medicine cabinet already has too many oversized bottles that came only half full.
The manufacturer’s recommended usage is one capsule daily at bedtime with water for 7 to 15 days. The first day, I didn’t feel any different. Days two three and four I had dramatically heftier bowel movements. I stopped after 7 days when I felt cleaned out, so to speak. The suggested use also mentions not doing it again for at least a month. A week later I still feel great. No bloating, no internal turmoil. I was concerned about urgency in the middle of the night since these are recommended to take at bedtime, but I had no issues.
I suspect the psyllium husk fiber is doing the bulk of the work, and the other ingredients are to keep things gentle and smooth. There’s no real taste or scent, and they’re standard size capsules – a little smaller than a quarter.
The expiration date is August 2027, almost 3 years out. And the bottle came double sealed with plastic wrap over the cap and a tearaway strip under it.

I have had stomach problems forever. I’ve been weaning myself off of PPI’s, and I’m focusing on my gut health. I am not a believer in detoxes, but this has good ingredients that I believe are overall good for anyone with gut issues. They are small pills. Easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste. These are recommended to be taken at night. In the morning you will feel the effects of the cleanse. You will have to use the restroom multiple times before your gut calms down. So if you have 3-4 hours to allow it to work through your system each morning you can be in the comfort of your own home. If you can stick it out to day 6 then you will not have to go as frequently. Unless your system is sensitive these will not interfere with your sleep.
