I really enjoy the taste of these Nicotinamide 500mg Gummies—slightly orange-flavored and not too sweet, with a nice balance. The texture is a bit firmer compared to other gummies, but I don’t mind it. They’re gentle on my stomach, and I’ve had no issues with upset. I’m pretty impressed with this product. I’m on my second bottle (six weeks on these supplements so far). I’ve tried other biotin/collagen supplements for hair and nail growth but what impresses me most about these supplements is the combination of nicotinamide with a multi-collagen blend of hydrolyzed collagen and chicken bone broth (Types I,II,III, V & IX), plus calcium and hyaluronic acid. The supplements are also sugar-free without xylitol or erythritol. The ingredients are non-GMO, gluten -free and made in a GMP facility. All in all, this seems like a great combination of ingredients that is easy to take and convenient for travel. The taste is pleasant and the texture is not sticky. I take them in the afternoon for a boost of energy. Very pleased so far!

It is more on the orange side. it is not soft, but rather a little on the tough side of gummy. It did not give me any stomach upset. I like the gummy form so I do not forget to take them. It has a lot of good supplements added to my daily intake. I will continue to take for maximum benefits.

These gummies are soft and easy to chew. The orange flavor tastes a bit like an orange sports drink to me and quite sweet. They have a gooey center, but I wouldn’t describe it as a liquid, more of a gel.
Being slightly more gooey, I’ve had some issues with them being stuck together in the bottle and having to dig them out. They were delivered on a very hot day so I can’t entirely blame the gummies.
The niacin is no flush as advertised. I really haven’t noticed any obvious effect at all. These are basically a vitamin, so unless you have a noticeable deficiency, you aren’t likely to notice a difference. But, if you want to get more niacin for whatever reason, this is a tasty way to do it.

Previous to this, I didn’t know much about Nicotinamide, good or bad. So I did my research – wow! Here’s some of what I found:
“Niacinamide may benefit those with certain skin conditions and might reduce the risk of melanoma in high-risk individuals. It may also be useful for people with chronic kidney disease and, to a lesser extent, type 1 diabetes.” You could talk to your doctor about the value for you.
My previous experience with niacin itself gave me some unacceptable side effects, but so far I’m fine with this form. They are not the same, which is good to know. “There is a low risk of side effects with nicotinamide supplements. But despite a relatively strong safety profile, it’s best to consult with your healthcare provider if you choose to supplement with nicotinamide.”
Gummies are so easy to take compared to capsules. This gummy tastes okay, not great, not bad. It has no sugar (a little sweetener, not overly sweet, which is acceptable to me).
The supplements in this gummy are quite impressive, an excellent combination. The labels on the container have lots of valuable information, be sure to read them all.
Likewise, the information and the images on this Amazon listing provide so much for our education on the product, including “globally sourced organic ingredients and manufactured in a GMP certified and allergen-free factory environment” which is important.
The only thing they don’t mention is 3rd party testing. Testing tells us how pure the product is (no contamination of other unwanted substances) and also tells us if in fact what they are stating in this listing is actually there in the correct amounts. Some companies print a picture of the testing results for the current batch on their page. That would be ideal.
I have to say, even without the testing information, I do recommend this product with 5 stars as long as your health provider agrees it might be helpful for you.
I know the pricing seems a bit high. I plan to take only 1 gummy per day to help keep within the confines of my budget. I’m hoping this will still be beneficial. Certainly more beneficial than not taking any! If you can handle the cost, even better.

These are working well. I am happy that they also have Vitamin E in them. The taste is not great, but it’s not unpleasant just doesn’t have a sweet or nice taste.. kinda a strange taste-I can tolerate it.
