I’ve been pleasantly surprised by these gummies so far! They are a lot smaller than I was actually expecting, which makes them easy to chew. The strawberry flavor also tastes great! It is pretty strong though so if you’re not a fan of strawberry it may be a bit overpowering. I’ve only been taking them for about 2 weeks so I haven’t seen any noticeable hair or nail improvement yet, but they’re easy to take so I’ll keep going and see what happens. Be aware that even though it says gummy BEAR they aren’t actually shaped like bears. They’re more like little strawberries.

I use this product specifically for my nails. They are naturally very brittle and, believe it or not, they wrinkle. They smooth out on this product. I did run out once and my nails were right back where they used to be in a very short time. As to my hair, I have been told by more than one hair dresser that I have very nice hair and a lot for one my age (87).
As to flavor, these gummies are very tasty.

Flavor- 10 Ease- 10 Hair–My hair always grows slow, but taking these over a period of 4-6 months, I’ve notice how fast my hair is growing! In that aspect, I’d also give a 10. Nails? Not so much, my nails still break so I don’t feel it has strengthened my nails.

I’ve taken Biotin on and off for about 10-15 years. I’ve tried various brand over the years and have mostly taken dissolvable tablets. In my experience there will be some differences seen between brands. My first brand was great and it gave immediate and strong effects to my nails, however I stopped taking it and forgot which brand it was so I started looking for a new one to get hooked on. My last brand was 10000mcg in one dissolvable tablet – same as these- however that brand didn’t give as strong of effects as this one does. I’d rather take the 2 gummies over the 1 tablet to actually see better effects. Now, I can’t attest to the hair aspect. In all my years Biotin has never made a noticeable change there. Where I get the strongest change is in my nails. They get super strong and healthy looking. I’m already noticing my nails are breaking less and starting to shine a bit more. Now for the flavor- I must admit it is not my favorite. It is a bit too sweet and too artificial and chalky for me to be excited about eating it. It’s not awful by any means just not something yummy. Just don’t expect a nice dessert flavor and you should be fine.

Wonderful product! I have never taken biotin before. I have already noticed an increase in hair thickness. Not as much hair falls out in the shower or when I comb it out. Also, my hair seems less oily and fuller throughout the day. The taste of these gummy vitamins is hard to resist eating them like candy. No bitter after taste. I like that they are gluten-free!

I couldn’t tell you if they work or not. 2 weeks into taking the recommended 2 a day (quite possibly too strong for me but now I’m too afraid to use again) I broke out so badly. I did nothing else differently in my routine and as soon as I stopped taking them, my skin cleared up. But it was BAD. Maybe ill try it again and cut the dosage to one everyday other day but user beware. Also, I got disappointed they weren’t bears and looked nothing like the photo. It might seem like no big deal but when you’re expecting “gummy” and get more sugary consistency, it can be annoying. The flavor grew on me though.

A hairdresser told me to look into biotin jellies and these fit the bill. Have taken 4 days. Hairdresser says we need 5000, but I restore recommends 10,000 so I went with these. Currently only taking 1 gummie/day until I see how my hair loss responds. Taste if good
