I’ve been taking this vitamin for about a month now and I see some difference in bloating for me, I feel like it’s still very early to tell any significant difference just yet but over all the taste isn’t terrible like most vitamins and I really like the ingredients this company uses.

I researched long and hard to find these and believe they are a quality, albeit overpriced item. The ingredients are desirable. I did have small spells of nausea at first but my body adjusted to that. Otherwise no burps or too much trouble getting them down. I like that it was only 2 per day.
I had hoped for hormonal support and while I think I was slightly less moody and slightly more energetic, my otherwise very normal period is 9 days late. I’m not pregnant, I’ve been blood tested and I’m not pre-menopausal, the only thing different this month is that I’m taking multivitamins with “hormonal herbs” in them. I’m not sure beyond a shadow of a doubt but I’m not buying a second bottle at this point. I don’t want to dissuade you because as I mentioned, I originally purchased these after A LOT of research and they look really high quality on paper. However, this review might be a helpful, possible consideration if you happen to experience disruption of normal cycle while taking these.

Tried these new herbal vitamins and I will never go back to anything else. These vitamins increase my energy, gives you an appetite to eat which I do have a hard time with, and they also reduce stress due to the ashwagandha Herb. Love it! Highly recommend.

I had been taking another brand of an organic, whole food sourced multi-vitamin. Those too were larger pills. Have you ever had a mouth full of water to get pill down when your gag reflex kicks in and suddenly that mouthful of water with pill come blowing out? What a mess! Thank you but no thank you. That’s what was happening to me. Once in a while I could get one down but it was a struggle. I found myself skipping my multi-vitamin more often than not. My solution, since I was wasting them anyway.. was to quit trying to force it. I came looking for another brand, throwing those away. I found these Pure Synergy Multi- Vita-Min Bal for Women and decided to give them a try. I’m really glad I did. Although these too are a larger pill, I have no difficulty getting them down. I will admit the first time I was going to take one I was anxious– ok… I was afraid. Then, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it went down –no problem!. Well I’ve finished my second bottle of these now… I did think about switching to their other one (4 a day) but after reading reviews and saw where there were allergic reactions to those ingredients, I decided to stay with these since I have numerous allergies and sensitivities,. Decided instead to stay with
these and applying the old addage: “If it isn’t broken… don’t fix it.” As soon as I finish this review, I’ll complete my order for another bottle of these vitamins. Anyone whose had a problem swallowing the large natural, orgnic vitamins should give these a try.. Plus, as a bonus… they’re a high qualit , organic non-gmo vitamin supplement .
