It is always nice to see that a product is tested by a third-party lab and to see the chemical analysis is great as well. I have had no issues with the product. Pill is on the larger size for anyone who has a problem with taking larger pills. It is not a vitamin that most people need to take every day because a lot of bread products contain b1 and other b vitamins as well as rice’s. So, if you are going low carb you might want to add this to your regimen.

I take B1 supplement daily in the morning. I wasn’t sure about the benefit of already thiamine mononitrate. This company advertises better absorption and more dosage in 1 pill. Pills are easy to swallow, some people complain about the smell but nothing too harsh for me.
I have read through the company page an I must say I respect them for many things. First they promise “forever return” . second their products are reasonably priced, the capsules are made with cGMP, Made in USA, and third-party tested with the results. I feel like I can trust this company with my supplement needs.

I’ve been dealing with neuropathy for a while now, and it can be really frustrating. I’ve heard good things about TTFD Thiamine B1, so I decided to give Nature’s Fusions a try. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now, and honestly, I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet.
But hey, I know these things can take time. I’m really hoping it starts to work soon. I like that this supplement uses TTFD, which is supposed to be better absorbed by the body. Plus, it has magnesium in it, which I’ve read can help support nerve function.
I’m happy to see that it’s third-party tested, which gives me some peace of mind about the quality. I’ll keep taking it and update this review if I see any improvement.
To anyone considering this: If you’re dealing with neuropathy like me, and you’re open to trying something new, I’d say give it a shot. Just remember that it might take a while to see results.

Thiamine, or vitamin B1, has been very helpful for me. I usually use a 50mg TTFD supplement several times a day, but this new supplement by Nature’s Fusions Nutri has 100mg of TTFD per capsule, so I’ll need to take fewer. I also take magnesium and an active (methylated) B-complex supplement, to help the B1 to work.
Thiamine comes in several forms. The TTFD form of thiamine is oil-soluble, and crosses the blood/brain barrier well; some other forms of thiamine don’t. There are Youtube videos and a FB group (search Facebook for “Addressing Thiamine Deficiency & Paradoxical Reactions”) that explain more about the types of thiamine if you are interested. There is also a good explanatory page on TTFD by Derrick Lonsdale if you search for “hormones matter navigating thiamine supplements”. He refers to “allithiamine” which is another name for TTFD.
One downside of TTFD is that it can smell and taste sharp and sulfurous, so I swallow the capsules quickly with a big gulp of water, and follow that with a bite of food to prevent a skunky aftertaste on the tongue. I find that TTFD works better than the other forms, so it’s worth the hassle to me.
These medium-sized vegetable cellulose capsules came in a clear plastic bottle. My other thiamine supplements come in light-occlusive bottles so I was surprised to see that they used clear plastic here. I thought thiamine was light-sensitive? I’ll store it out of the sunlight just in case, and not on the countertop.
Unfortunately the bottle cap didn’t have a plastic security overwrap (as is used by many supplement companies now), but there was a glue-down seal under the cap. No cotton packing material. The bottle was marked with a lot number and expiration date; the expiry date was 09/27, or 3 years from date of delivery.
The bottle had a seal mentioning “third party testing”, but I saw no mention of testing at the Nature’s Fusions website, and the TTFD wasn’t shown there yet either. Whenever they add this new product to the website, I hope they include data on what testing is done– the level of TTFD, which contaminants are checked for, etc.
Overall, this appears to be TTFD based on its distinctive smell and taste, so that’s good. However, I would have appreciated a security overwrap on the bottle cap, an opaque bottle to preserve potency, and more detailed information on testing.

These taste awful! I’m not squeamish at all I even throw back moringa powder and wheatgrass powder with a big swish of water wish no problem but these B-1 tablets are a no go. I was curious to see if the powder inside the caps is the culprit and it is it tastes nasty. Somehow the outside of the tablets taste like the powder on the inside. I can’t do these it’s just impossible! Gross!

I’m not familiar with this brand but what a great thing to offer to their customers. “Home of the forever guarantee. Anyone can return any product, for any reason, forever”. As a customer and with customer service going to crap in so many different places, this is so lovely to hear. I grew up hearing the customer is always right. So when I’ve had many customer service problems from so many companies lately (that don’t try to fix it and don’t acknowledge their error) I must say this is quite validating to hear. I read that on the bottle and I thought, well look at that! Wow!
Yeah I know what you want me to get to the part about the vitamin and I am getting there hehe. I didn’t know much about vitamin B1 before and I didn’t know it was a co-factor for other vitamins. I watch Dr Eric Berg on YouTube because it’s becoming more necessary for me to educate myself on what supplements can help me and my chronic illnesses. My body just wasn’t functioning the way it was supposed to so if this B1 helps me even a little bit then I’m thrilled. I’m sure you already know I think this is a very reputable company but I can repeat it if you like. Hopefully this review isn’t too playful therefore resulting in a refusal to post my review. Hehe
