I can’t rate long term changes or anything health related, but these bothered me a bit because of how much coloring was added. It is so much that if you eat a single one, your tongue and saliva will be blue for more than an hour. They taste good and the gummy texture is nice — a bit softer than expected — but not sticking to teeth.
I would have been much happier with these if it didn’t stain my entire mouth each time they were eaten.

These supplements have a nice taste to them. Vitamins/supplements are always hard to review but these seem to have a good ingredient list and go down easy.

I take fiber to help with what sometimes feels like slow digestion/ elimination. I have tried many different kinds and brands. This is by far the best I have ever found. I would say that using this product has me very regular. It is gentle but very effective. Each BM feels complete in the healthiest of ways.
I love that it is sugar free and in a gummy form just to break up my supplement routine.
I’m so glad I tried this product. It will be part of my daily routine from here on out. I highly recommend.

Purchased three days ago, at the time of my review. I’ll update this after I’ve finished the bottle. For now… here we go-
LIKES
• Flavor. No lies- the flavor is great. Tastes like a blue raspberry candy.
• Freshness. The gummies are fresh and soft.
• Expiration clearly shown.
• Price. Reasonable based upon market pricing.
DISLIKES
• Not 30 days worth. This recommends three gummies per serving so you won’t get a full 30 days worth with the quantity in the bottle (which irks me about most supplement brands).
• Packaging waste. The bottle still has quite a bit of space so it could’ve easily held 30 days worth OR they opted for an appropriate sized bottle.
UNKNOWN
• Efficacy. I’m unable to provide an indication of whether these are truly effective or not but I will say this… (TMI) my stool looked impeccably/healthily like the poop emoji’s the other day after that having been my 2nd day eating them. That indicates to me, the fiber may actually be working for me.
• Side Effects. It’s been too short of a period of time to notice any side effects other than my previously mentioned stool shape hahaha.

This plant-based prebiotic fiber supplement blend is great for addressing your digestive health, regularity, and immunity. This bottle contains sixty non-GMO, vegan prebiotic fiber gummies. These gummies are blue in color and shaped like domes. They are firm but easy to chew and swallow. They have a pleasant blueberry flavor. I was not thrilled to see the directions state to take a serving of three gummies per day as I already take other gummy supplements so now I am taking even more. Other than that, these gummy supplements contain quality ingredients known for helping with digestion. I have not been taking these long enough to see an effect yet but soo far so good!
