I’ve tried Melatonin and it simply isn’t enough to keep me asleep. It actually doesn’t even put me to sleep. However, this sleep support is wonderful. I’ve had it for a couple of nights so far. During the weekday, taking it at Midnight, I’m still waking up to my alarm at 6:45 AM, and without the groggy feeling from other sleep aids. This weekend I ended up sleeping in until 10 AM, which I never do. I also don’t recall waking up in the middle of the night, for the past several days of using this.
Tonight I’m going to half the dose, as normal amount is two. I’m hoping it’s enough to do the same. Definitely a game changer.

It’s very hard to review this kind of products because sometimes it takes time for effects to be evident.
That being said, I do sleep better lately, I made the conscious decision that I need to take better care of myself, so now I try to go to bed earlier between 9 and 10pm, I try not to eat food after 7pm and I try to knot drink liquids after 7pm
Needless to say that I have made many changes in my daily routine to improve the quantity and quality of my sleep, with this supplement been one of them.
I will finish this bottle and after that I will find out if I still sleep well enough or if this makes a significant difference, at this point I’m giving it a high score, because as I stated I do sleep better now, I just can’t be sure if it is because this specific supplement.

absolute worst sleep aid that I have ever used. If the description would have said that they were manufactured in India, I would have never purchased them. You are wasting your money if you buy these worthless capsules! Amazon should be more careful in what products have on their website, I am thinking it is all about the $$$$. Shame on Amazon!

I have such a weird sleep schedule that it is hard for me to judge how these are working. I’m always working late and keeping a very irregular routine. However, the packaging and contents are both very solid. Pills are easy to take down and are unobjectionable to my palate.

I can’t believe how much the quality and length of my sleep is since I started taking these sleep support supplements! I take one capsule at bedtime and I’m getting a much improved sleep quality. I sleep longer and better, yet I do not find it hard to wake up in the mornings and I do not feel groggy or tired during the day. This has been a great product for me and I will continue to use it for better quality sleep. It is pricey, but until I find a less expensive alternate that renders the same results, I’m sticking to this brand!

Looking for a more natural solution to assist sleep, gave this a try only to find out it keeps the mind awake. Tried it for 5 days to see if it just required some time to really work, but felt miserable and had to stop. Taking these brought a feeling of agony and anxiety trying to sleep. Worst part is returns are not accepted.

Was hoping this would help me sleep through the night. Know everyone is different but unfortunately, these pills had no impact on me. Just does not do anything. So, for me, a waste of money.

I’ve recently been trying to drastically improve my quality of sleep. Adding a sleep mask and white noise machine was just the beginning and has helped immensely but I need more.
I tried melatonin along with noise cancelling headphones and ambient sounds and that has kicked it up another notch.
I decided to give this a try after researching the ingredients and it seems to be a collection of all natural products that either make your sleepy, lower stress and more. Like a greatest hits collection of sleeping aids.
I’ve alternated a few nights trying 5mg of Melatonin with this and I have to say I prefer melatonin for a few reasons.
I didn’t really notice much of a difference compared to melatonin except slightly worse. Melatonin is something that within 30 min I feel drowsy and even a bit dizzy. I didn’t feel that with this.
Another is there is something in this that has my stomach a touch out of whack. Researching the ingredients I think it is the Bacopa but it could be anything in here. Melatonin sits very well.
In my quest for better sleep, I think I will stick with Melatonin.
