I’ve really been liking vitamin patches, instead of having to take them. These patches are tiny and fit perfectly on the inside of my wrist. They also work quickly to help you fall asleep. I use these whenever I have trouble falling asleep at night, and they keep me asleep through the night, as well.
There is melatonin in this, so if you’re sensitive to that, please be aware. The patches are thin and you don’t feel them, and I’ve forgotten they were there a few times! This is a great melatonin patch.

I tend to have a lot of trouble both falling asleep and staying asleep. I have tried multiple sleep aids in the past, finding tons of lifesavers and tons of duds. I was really excited to try this stuff out, especially since it was just an extended release dose in a sticker versus consuming some type of pill. But, after going through the whole package, I don’t think I really ever saw many results. I don’t feel like I ever fell asleep faster than I would on any other given night. I also don’t feel like I particularly slept longer or better than I ever did without them on. The first few nights that I wore them I feel like I slept nicely, but I’m not sure if that was more of just a placebo effect? Because, after those first few wears, I never felt any other changes to my sleep. To be fair, I do generally take much stronger sleep aids than this. So, perhaps it just wasn’t strong enough for me personally to feel any effects, but would work for someone else who doesn’t take anything near as strong? I’m not sure… As far as the actual stickers go, they worked great. They were great on my sensitive skin, and I never had any issues with them falling off during the night. They stuck on well, and didn’t ever leave behind any rashes or anything. So for that, they get a plus. Unfortunately, they just weren’t strong enough for my needs. I will say that getting 30 for $10 is a pretty good deal, so I feel like it’s worth at least giving them a shot sometime to see if they do anything to help you out.

I was curious to try these Melatonin patches to see if the patch “delivery system” was more effective than the Melatonin tablets I already take. Unfortunately, I’ve got a couple of significant issues with using these patches. There is no dosage anywhere to be found and I think that’s an incredibly important detail to leave out. Not only do I not know how much Melatonin is in the patch, but Melatonin isn’t even the only ingredient. These patches contain Magnesium, Hops, Valerian, 5-HTP, Melatonin, GABA and Cosmoperine. I have two issues in particular with this list of ingredients. These are supposed to be Melatonin patches, but Melatonin isn’t even the first ingredient listed. How can you call these Melatonin patches when four other ingredients come before it? Also, I already take Magnesium as a supplement, so I absolutely need to know how much Magnesium is in this product. But again, no details are listed. So, do I take less of my Magnesium supplement because of the Magnesium listed here? Or is the amount too small to replace my supplement? Who knows. I’ve never tried a supplement that doesn’t bother to list product amounts, and I find it highly irresponsible. Because of all of the above, I only tried one patch because I don’t plan on continuing the product or ordering it again. I put the patch on the inside of my forearm. It adhered well and caused no irritation. I didn’t feel any benefit from the patch. I’m giving these three stars because perhaps I didn’t feel any benefit because I already take Magnesium and the amount of Melatonin in this patch might be lower than I already use, both of which would leave this patch ineffective for me. But I will add the amount of Melatonin I take is very small so while possible, it’s unlikely that’s the problem with this patch. I received one pack of 30 patches. The manufacture date on the package I received is 1/15/23. Although the expiration date isn’t until 1/14/25, I was still a bit surprised and disappointed to receive patches that had been manufactured almost two years ago with an expiration date that is only a few months away.

I beagan using these melatonin patches almost a couple of weeks now, and I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand, the patches are easy to use and skin-friendly, which is a plus. The natural ingredients and the promise of better sleep and relaxation are appealing.
The patches are designed to be applied to the skin, usually on the wrist or upper arm, and they provide a steady release of melatonin throughout the night. This extended-release system is supposed to help you stay asleep longer, which is great for those who struggle with waking up in the middle of the night.
However, I’ve noticed that the effectiveness varies. Some nights, I wake up feeling refreshed and well-rested, but other nights, I still feel groggy in the morning. It might be that my body needs a bit more time to adjust to the patches, or perhaps the 5mg dosage isn’t quite right for me.
Another issue I’ve encountered is the adhesive. While it’s generally good, there have been a few times when the patch started to peel off during the night, which can be frustrating.
Overall, while these sleep patches have potential, they might not be the perfect solution for everyone. I would recommend trying them out to see if they work for you, but be prepared for some trial and error to find the right dosage and application method.
