These are 10 mg so that may be strong for some people so you can cut the gummies in half if you don’t need as much. These are an easy to take alternative to capsules or powders.

I received the product and will definitely buy it again. I took 2 gummies the first night and I slept really well. I had serious problems sleeping, but I found the solution. When I opened the bottle I found a great lavender aroma and the taste of the gummies is very good. I love that it has no chemical ingredients and that it is 100% natural.

I have taken some, and these do seem to work. Unfortunately I just don’t think I can continue using these.
I’m honestly not sure what I’m looking at. The bottle (and listing) has an image of some purple gummies, but they aren’t purple. They’re brown, kind of the color of milk chocolate. If I knew they were supposed to look like that, I’d not care- I’m all for not using dyes and going for natural colors. However when the light hits them just right, they kind of turn purple. I honestly think they used to be purple at one point, and turned brown. Just to check, I cut one in half to see what’s inside and they’re brown all the way through.
Furthermore, I can’t place the flavor and don’t know what I should be expecting as there’s no specific flavor claimed, that I can see. Once again, not opposed to natural flavors, and honestly I think what they were going for isn’t bad. However I’ve had some melatonin gummies (from another company) start out fresh and then go very rancid, and I swear there’s a slight hint of that same exact rancid smell starting in these gummies. While it’s not strong (yet?) I just can’t help but think that’s what’s happening here. It’s very off-putting.
Furthermore, the consistency of the gummies is inconsistent. They’re kind of soft, with harder more chewy parts to them. Again they just seem like they’re old and nasty.
There was a safety seal under the cap, and it was intact.
I don’t give out one star reviews lightly. But I just absolutely cannot recommend these.

I’m on the fence. The first night I tried these I didn’t feel any effect. The next time, I felt sleepy quickly. Perhaps it was a fluke, but I’m going to keep trying them to see if I can get some more consistent results. The color does seem a little odd, but they were sealed well and they taste fine and they are still soft so I’m okay with the weird color. If my opinion of these changes (for the good or the bad) with more use I’ll update this review.

I prefer to buy melatonin that is made in the USA and I looked at the address before I ordered this and it’s a United States address. But it definitely says made in India on the bottle and I am not happy about that if it would’ve been clear on the webpage that it was made in India, I would’ve had the choice of whether to buy it or not

Went with melatonin gummies, really liked the fact that they don’t appear to have the artificial coloring most other brands do. Put me right to sleep and have plenty of time until expiration in 2026.
