These come in a small bottle with 50 small round white tablets. They are easy to take and even though the first day I had minimal stomach discomfort, after I took them with food I was fine. I’m trying to take these along with zinc for pyroluria supplementation so I need a larger dosage of b6 than 50 milligrams. For that reason I may look for another brand that might either have more pills or a higher dosage per pill. But it’s not because I’m unhappy with these. I took off a star for quality ingredients only because it has inactive fillers that could be a problem for some sensitive people. They are: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicone Dioxide. This is a 365 brand Whole Foods product which gives me confidence that the ingredients are good. These are 50mg VEGAN tablets and there are 50 tablets in this bottle. I have almost finished my bottle and am happy with how I feel on them. I have been having more vivid dreams and better recall, which has been proven to be a benefit of taking B6. I’ve also slept better since started them.

I’m taking Vitamin B6 with my prenatals a perfect combination for nausea and vomiting. Pregnancy is a lot of that at the same time but sometimes prenatals are super strong that it can’t be taken alone that’s why I drink it with these vitamins. During the day if I feel a little motion sickness from driving or walking too much I take my upspring stomach settle which contains natural ingredients and a small amount of B6 it’s amazing on the go.
