I ordered the Doctor Ali Detox Gummies for the health benefits so it’s not as if I was expecting these to be a delicious treat but honestly, I can’t explain the taste. These are unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The smell is also pungent. I thought perhaps with Organic Guava Fruit, Organic Pomegranate juice, Organic Papaya Fruit, Organic Grape syrup, apple syrup, honey & ginger (not organic -wish it was) would offset any of the more unusual savory ingredients organic black cumin powder, organic Lavender Hydrosol, Olive leaf powder and Organic Bitter Watermelon but I can’t say that I can taste any of the fruit notes. Since there are so many sweeteners in these, sweetness makes it easier to chew & swallow. Being gelatin-free they are a remarkably a good texture. These gummies are gluten-free, gelatin-free, and non-GMO project verified. One thing I don’t understand is that they use all these organic ingredients and then add conventional “corn syrup” and the chemical trisodium citrate. I will keep taking these for awhile to see if the health benefits make it worth it. I will update with my experience

Once again, I did not read the ingredients thoroughly before ordering this. Sorry! I assumed this was a detox type supplement. I suppose it is, but looking at the ingredients it contains things like papaya, ginger, and bitter melon. These things are all good for digestion. I guess bitter melon is good for a detox. All the ingredients in here are clean looking FOOD type ingredients.
The instructions say to take 2-3 gummies 30 minutes before meals and 2-3 times a day. So based on that, it seems its like a comprehensive papaya enzyme supplement to help with food digestion. Which is totally fine. It is even okay for your 2 year old to take according to the bottle.
So I would keep this bottle around when I know I am going to be eating a meal that may cause me some discomfort or maybe for a yucky tummy.
I don’t think I would take 2-3 gummies 2-3 times a day because there are only 70 gummies in here total.
Keep it in your purse and use as needed. I don’t see this being a major detox protocol, but a good addition when you need it.
Oh by the way, I do like the taste. It tastes a little sweet and a little bitter at the same time.

I am now addicted to these gummies which are great with a cup of tea on their own! They have just the right touch of sugar. It’s such a refreshing change from the overly processed, artificial, high-sugar products out there. You actually feel good consuming them. I can feel a difference in the stress levels too – sleeping better at night and less cranky during the day! My teenage daughter loves them too! Will be back for more!

The good thing about these multivitamins is that they are made of organic fruits and plants that I recognize and can pronounce, which means they are natural ingredients.
It only has ~3 grams of added powder cane sugar, not corn syrup, and is 10 times less than a 12oz can of Coke with 39g of sugar.
After some research, I also found that these gummies are made with pectin instead of gelatin. Gelatin is animal-based, while pectin is plant-based, which makes it perfect for vegan diets as well.
I love these multivitamin gummies the most, among others that I have taken in the past.

I give these to my kids and they love how it tastes. I’ve tried many gummy multivitamins and a lot of them are very sweet and sugary, like candies with lots of additives. I love how this isn’t too sweet and it has all natural ingredients.
