2. These are prebiotics, which could be more clear in the product name itself
I do believe these have improved my gut health overall, but I know this is anecdotal as opposed to actual approval from the FDA or another organization.

These fiber chews taste great, especially for being sugar-free! They’ve definitely helped keep me regular, and I like that they support overall digestive health. Plus, the price is hard to beat for what you get.

I got these to boost my fiber intake. I’m not consistent with the powder mixes, but this makes getting extra fiber very easy. Just eat 3 gummies and you’re good to go, they contain the same or more fiber than a serving of the powder mixes. They’re a bit pricey for what you get, but are much easier to take and pretty tasty once you get over the gritty texture.

I’ve nearly gone through this entire bottle of gummies.
As far as gummies go, these are quite good. They taste fine, I have no complaints about the flavor. They leave no weird aftertaste, either. The texture, they’re easy to chew. As far as ingredients go, everything seems to be there for a reason, no weird fillers or anything added as far as I can tell. They seem to have helped me over the course of taking them, so I’d recommend them to anyone who is in need of an easy way to take fiber.
I’m satisfied with them and would purchase this brand again.

Gummies taste good and seem to be working

These Fiber Gummie prebiotic supplements are a nice size and they are easy to chew and swallow. They also taste good — nice blueberry flavor to them that is not overwhelming.
The container says all the right things — no eggs, wheat, milk peanuts, fish or shellfish. They are plant based and contain mo added sugar; and are non GMO, vegetarian, and peanut free. Gosh, from all that, they probably save the world! It’s the “other ingredients” — some of which I can’t even pronounce — that seem a little “shady” in what is promoted to be a very healthy product. Now, don’t get me wrong, these gummies are a pretty benign product, and it’s nice to have my prebiotics and my fiber all wrapped up into one thing that does taste good.
There is one other confusing thing about this product. The product side panel says that the serving size is 3 gummies; but the very next panel says that “… as a dietary supplement, take two (2) gummies per day.” So I ask, which one is it??? The manufacturer should get their story straight and decide what the real serving size really is.
