I bought these Phytoral Advanced Melatonin Gummies to help me sleep better. I liked the fact that they have more milligrams of melation in each gummie compared to what was in the other brands I had been using. Because of that, I don’t have to take as many gummies to get the exact dosage I want and this saves me money in the long run. I like the thickness and firmness of these gummies which makes them easy to chew and swallow. Lastly, I really like the strawberry flavor because it’s not over-powering. I plan to re-order them very soon for all the reasons I mentioned above in my review.

Hello! I am a nurse that works both day shift and night shift. I usually take melatonin pills so I could nap during the day for night shift. These gummies are way better than traditional melatonin pills. They do taste like strawberry and no after taste. They work and I fell asleep within 20 minutes. I do have to say, they are 5 mg each, so if you nap I’d just take one gummy. It made me fell drowsy for 30-40 minutes after I woke up. Overall, I would buy this again abd highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I have tried regular melatonin pills and another brand gummy. This one taste better than the other gummy and works just as well if not better than the pill. One thing I noticed is it did work faster. I was able to fall asleep and stay asleep. I always have a problem staying asleep if I do not take melatonin especially because I am a light sleeper. I could certainly tell a difference taking these gummies.

I got these because I have difficulty going to sleep and I don’t want to take medication. I’ve had the multivitamin gummies from the same company and loved them, so I figured I’d give these a try.
The strawberry flavor is delicious. These gummies aren’t too chewy, which is why I love them. As far as melatonin, I’m not sure how much it helps me sleep. That part is difficult for me to judge but if others know melatonin works for them, I’d highly recommend giving these a try.

I’ve used melatonin products in the past and they all have their various transport methods. Some of straight up pills. Others are the gels. Others are chewable. This one is a gummy bear version.
I know the package recommends 2 gummys per serving. However, after the first night of doing that, I was completely knocked out. I now use 1 gummy and go to sleep just as fast without waking up in a daze. The delivery system works with this product and maybe it’s because they use better melatonin sources. All I know is that with 1/4 the melatonin compared to some other products I’ve tried, I go to sleep way faster.

I’ve tried a few of these types of things, and this is probably the best. It helps me rest easier, and tastes good as well. I, as an adult, take two, and that does the trick for me. It’s not a sleeping pill, don’t go into this thinking that, it’s just a supplement to help you rest easier. And, for me at least, it does that.

We bought these for my 48 year old son who is afflicted with cerebral palsy and intellectually challenged. Before we started giving these to him with his evening vitamins he would rarely sleep through the night, often waking every hour or so in a very agitated state but now he gets a full eight hours sleep with just occasional moving around to adjust his blankets or pillows and immediately returning to sleep. He gets two gummies (5mg melatonin) and looks forward to them each night. Last week we took him to the doctor for a routine visit and gave him one gummy about an hour before we left to help keep him calm and that worked like a charm. He sometimes gets very agitated and difficult to control but we had no problems that day. We can’t say with absolute certainty that the gummy helped with the doctor visit but we are encouraged. We intend to continue using Phytoral adult strength melatonin gummies.
