These gummy’s taste really good. They have a very mild Barry flavor. Although they do contain sugar, they are not overly sweet. They also do not stick to your teeth. Did you help with sleep. I took these earlier in the day and had to take a nap because I was sleepy. I take them at night now, and they do a great job of assisting my sleep. I’m not sure why they put red 40 into these – it’s one thing if you’re putting food coloring into something that’ll be sitting out and having a secondary decorative purpose, but bottles of vitamins and things are likely to just be in a cupboard. I wish they had left that out.
The gummies taste sweet, although I can’t really tell that they’re berry flavored. They’re soft and don’t stick to my teeth at all, even while I’m chewing them.
I’m hoping it’ll help keep me healthier, long-term, and maybe make it a bit easier for me to fall asleep and/or stay asleep.
The bottle came with a tamper seal on the inside; the one I got in April 2023 expires in April 2025.

I was confused a little at first about when to take these. Most gummies that help me sleep are taken about half an hour before bedtime. The instructions on these say to take them after a meal but my evening meal is 5 hours before bedtime. I was concerned that it would make me sleepy too early.
Then I realized that it could benefit my sleep even when taken earlier in the day. The flavor is tasty and the gummy is easy to chew and swallow. These help my immune system too, so that’s a bonus.

As you can see from the photos, I am almost done with my 90-day supply of Apigenin. I take one at night and have been very happy with how it has helped me sleep (I also take Myo-Inositol for sleep). My sleep quality has been much better than it was. The added benefit from research studies is the potential anticancer and anti-inflammatory benefits.
My only complaints about the product are the added sugar and food coloring. Other than that, everything is perfect, and when this 90-day supply is gone, I WILL be purchasing it.
UPDATE: Feb. 24, 2024 – Since my original review, I have purchased the product twice and am getting ready to buy it again. It is a regular part of my nighttime sleep meds.
