Tranquility is so easy to use I take 2 in the morning and two 30 minutes before bed. My wife and I both have trouble sleeping sometimes. For me, I usually fall asleep readily, but the problem is STAYING asleep throughout the night. For my wife, she gets it on both ends: sometimes she has trouble falling asleep, sometimes she wakes up way earlier than she should and can’t get back to sleep, or sometimes both. So when we saw this Mountain Peak Nutritionals “Tranquility Formula” dietary supplement we didn’t have to think too much about whether we wanted to try it or not – we just ordered a bottle to try.
The formula contains a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbs that are purported to help people relax and get to sleep. It’s not only for sleeping, though: as it is also said to help promote improved mood and also to help people cope with stress better. I haven’t tried to take it during the day (which is where I am most likely to be exposed to stressful situations on the job), but I can honestly say that it really has helped me to stay asleep for most of the night. I do still wake up here and there, but the key is I can get back to sleep again, which I cannot do all the time ordinarily.
My wife also reported that the supplement helps HER sleep longer as well, but in her case it comes at a bit of a cost: every time she’s taken the product before bed she has had very vivid and somewhat disturbing dreams. She did a bit of research online and found that a few of the ingredients in the product can have this effect on some people. I haven’t experienced this yet with the Tranquility Formula, but rarely if I take melatonin before bed I have. But for now I haven’t had the same problem as she has, so I plan to continue taking the product nightly, as so far it really seems to be helping me.
Another thing I like is that it contains a fairly high dosage of vitamin B12, which seems to help me stay more focused and mentally “sharper” during the day. The suggested dosage is two tablets once or twice per day, but both my wife and I experienced better sleep with just one tablet before bedtime.

This supplement was recommended to me by a friend who loves this brand. Now I know why she recommended them to me – they work! The tranquility pills help me unwind my brain after work and help me calm down if i’m ever anxious or stressed out. I especially like taking them before bed to help me fall asleep. But at almost $50, it is expensive for a 45 day supply. There are 90 vegetarian capsules with a recommended daily serving of 2 capsules daily.
I disliked that the helpful ingredients are part of a proprietary blend. This means you don’t know how much of each helpful ingredient you are actually getting per daily serving.
Proprietary blends are not transparent and often contain little of the most helpful ingredients.

Sad to say this medicine did not help in the slightest, but that wasn’t the worst of it. The worst by far was the smell and taste of this product.

This didn’t work for me but that doesn’t mean it will not work for you. The company found out I was not happy and refunded my money and I didn’t ask them to. I would not hesitate to try another product from this company.
