Was looking for a flush and detox heading into the warmer days ahead, and needed to recalibrate my diet a bit.
Read the reviews and purchased a bottle of these.
Took 2 pills @ 8p the first evening, and was up at 4a…so 8 hours on the dot.
The next 30-45 minutes of life was spent expelling every bad food decision and toxin from my bowels until there was nothing solid left. NOTHING.
There was cramping and discomfort, but I knew that was a good thing. I typically drink about 1 gallon of water daily, so I knew once I got through the initial purge, I’d be able to reset my intake correctly thereafter.
The hours ahead weren’t horrible, especially once I got my water in, and the sluggish vibes I’d had prior were all but gone in short order. There was also a substantial reduction in feelings of bloat and gut-rumbling, which are wins in my book.
Didn’t get these for weight loss per se, so I couldn’t put a number to the pounds lost. But I guarantee with the amount of purge, it had to have been double digits.
Your experience during the detox will absolutely depend on your diet throughout the journey. I found it beneficial to stick to a more liquid-based intake, leaning more towards protein shakes as the primary meal supplement. I’m not sure if these are a hunger suppressant by default, but I certainly wasn’t eager to get back to eating unhealthily if for no other reason than pure fear of the consequences ahead.

First and foremost, I really enjoyed and loved my experience with this supplement. The sole purpose of this cleanse is to clean your colon, which is does. I’ve read many comments about the pills hurting your stomach, making you sick, etc. For me, I drank plenty of water (a gallon-half a gallon a day) and ate regular foods, the only thing I did notice was as soon as you wake you you gotta go (depending on when in the evening you took the pill). I tried taking it at 730pm so I would wake up go to the toilet and then be on my way. Don’t get me wrong, the first 3-5 days I used the bathroom 1-3 times, but nothing crazy. I never had to stay home for it. With all that being said, I highly recommend this product! I feel good and will be definitely doing it again later down the line. Definitely works, but my stomach was cramping so bad it felt like I was pushing a baby out. Hurts so bad I don’t think it’s worth the pain.

hi, i have always taken or try product to make me POOP as I don’t go regularly .. I don’t know if this happen to some of you but most of these products create sever cramps. I have to say this has been absolutely the best product out there. Works in less than 8 hours so you need to be careful where is your butt located at all times if you know what i mean.. you sure don’t want to be in traffic and if you are.. you best have a shopping bag close by. 🙂 . Cramps are minor very tolerable. Will order again for sure.

I’m on my weight loss journey, I had a long weekend full of eating whatever I wanted at parties and events. I noticed I gained 5 lbs and felt very bloated. Remembered I had these which I purchased months ago and never used them…….. it’s now 3AM , I spent a good hour in that bathroom okay! I told my boyfriend it’s like labor pains lol I was shaking at a point 😩😅 this says 15 what? Days? Yeah nope I can not. So yes it definitely gets the job done I’ll weigh myself tomorrow just to see if that battle in the bathroom won or not. (It must of knew I was talking about it because here I am walking back to the bathroom)

I ordered these based on the many great reviews, and I was aware that they’d cause some cramping and bathroom trips, but I wasn’t prepared for how bad it actually was. People say they had to eat less on these which helped them lose weight. To be more specific, you feel unwell while you’re on these, like you have a stomach virus in the background or something; that’s why your appetite is curbed, or at least that’s why mine was. My stomach just felt too sick to have much of an appetite.
The reason I’m especially upset is because this product claims to be “gentle”, but the wake ups at 4am with severe cramping and sweats was anything but gentle. I was also really exhausted through the days that I did take it. I was so fatigued that I started to get concerned, so I stopped taking them. I was on day 4 of these pills when I stopped. When it came time to take that fifth dose I just couldn’t bring myself to do it.
I’m overall disappointed, and I highly recommend buying these with caution.

This product works very well I had started to suffer significant irregularity from semiglutide use. I was desperate to get back to my schedule like bowel movements. Started with the suggested double dose which worked all too well, till I had to fight anal seepage all day after a monster movement first thing the next morning after starting, you take these at night b4 bed I nearly crapped my pants at my son’s school after a sneeze. If you can, stay at home the first day. After the fir
st day, things can get a little irritated around ur bunghole, so invest in some flushable wipes….small price to pay for 7lb. loss and big energy boost.
