The good thing about this particular melatonin is that it is only 1mg. It has a peppermint flavor and is to be taken sublingually,under the tongue. This product will make you a little sleepy instead of knocking you out and making you drowsy the next day. When I was going through menopause my doctor suggested these to take when I was constantly waking up at all hours. I would just put one under my tongue and before I knew it I was back to sleep. Just a good product to have on hand in your nightstand.

I have used these for 4 years, they are effective. My sleep habits are somewhat irregular, but these help the immediate falling asleep problem no matter when i go to sleep. I take them every day before sleep. If your problem is more staying asleep this company has also a good sustained release product that works well. It is a 3mg product . I have taken that on occasion but just cut it in half.

I’ve been taking these for years to help with falling to sleep. They still work fine but they dont taste the same. I usually get peppermint flavor. They usually are very pleasant tasting but these are not so much. They kind of taste like milk of magnesia or something. I will find a new flavor or perhaps another brand next time.

I really like that these are peppermint instead of berry like so many other brands. I also like that they are 1mg. Sometimes less is more with Melatonin. These are perfect for a stressed out nurse that needs help turning off her brain at the end of the day.
