Used this product to help with constipation I had with my pregnancy, this product did not help. Taste is good, doesn’t taste nasty. I know everybody’s bodies are different but personally for me, it didn’t help with my constipation. I was told by my Dr. fiber helps constipation so that’s why I had bought these gummies to take as well as eating fiber foods.

I really wanted to like these and really hoped that they would do what they should. But unfortunately they don’t, I haven’t noticed a difference since taking them. They kinda taste gross, and have an off smell? Not sure how to explain it. I wish I could get my money back as I won’t be using this. But I cannot.

When I pee’d on that stick and two beautiful pink lines appeared I was over the moon with excitement! I couldn’t wait to enjoy becoming a mother and was completely anticipating morning sickness, sensitivity to smells and even breast tenderness but what no one has ever expressed to me is the unbearable constipation that comes with pregnancy. I never knew this was even a thing until one fateful morning I learned my lesson the hard way. I am not kidding when I say I spent 4 hours trying to remove this softball from my backside and it was the most painful and relieving feeling when it finally broke free. A couple days later the feeling of instant dread washed over me as I knew what was to come and it wasn’t as terrible as the first but definitely not comfortable, but I did notice moisture this time and had hope for my future bowel movements lol!
