The product arrived sealed and in good condition. I started already taking one jelly before bed and WOW. They survived being left on my porch in the heat and they did not melt or anything. I’m so impressed. And the best part is that they are working!
Taste: Very nice, honestly they are like a candy before bed. I’ve tried other brands and the taste is bitter or like eating chalk. These gummys are delicious.
Texture: Great, they are genuine gummys, not tablets and not dry. Really good.
Effect: I take 1 before bed, and the effect is noticeable. I don’t feel groggy or sleepy, but my time to fall asleep is quick and the sleep quality I get is amazing. It has been a game changer to take after work and to fall asleep and wake up. I’ve taken high-dose melatonin before and although it works, I felt so tired the next day, like I didn’t sleep enough. This product is the opposite.

Tasty and work just like I needed to. I’m a thinker and sometimes can’t find sleep at night but if I take one of these, 30mins later I’m out until the next day. And what’s even better is that you wake up nice and fresh. I told all my friends about this product and this is why I writing this review. If you’re thinking about buying it, don’t, just do it.

When I saw “3-Pack” in the item name, I thought that meant three packages. Nope. It means three gummies in one package. But anyway.
You get a small pack with three gummies, and the dosage is one gummy. (Though supposedly you can take as much as three in a 24-hour period.) But the package is a simple bag, so there’s no way to seal it up if you are taking just one gummy at a time.
I found that one gummy is enough for me. About 30 minutes after eating it, I started feeling tired and fuzzy-headed. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of an exciting book chapter, so I was fighting the effects to finish my reading. I did manage to read, but it was difficult because the gummy made it hard for me to concentrate. However, as soon as I put the book down, I fell right to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and I could still feel the effects.
So the gummies really do work! They are a lot stronger than my usual melatonin gummies, so I will probably save the remaining two for a time when I’m really struggling with sleep.

The past couple of years I have had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I feel like I have tried every product under the sun. However, I decided to try another product. I have to say this one is amazing! I’ve been using it for a month, it quiets my mind, I fall asleep faster, and I stay asleep. Another best part is I do not wake up groggy.

I like the ease of taking the sleep aid being a gummy. It does put you to sleep quickly if taken about 1/2 hr before bed. It does not keep you asleep. I get about 4 hrs of sleep total. I have even taken a second one when I wake up. May or may not fall asleep back to sleep.

These gummies taste great, but I had high expectations since the 3-pack ends up costing about $2 per gummy, which is a really high price. The combination of 5-htp, melatonin, and b6 can be found for a much more affordable price, plus these gummies have a lot of sugar which helps with the flavor but isn’t exactly an ingredient I want to ingest around bedtime. I’m a lifelong insomniac so I wasn’t expecting miracles from these gummies but I hoped they would help me relax and unwind a bit, which melatonin does sometimes. I honestly didn’t feel anything and do not believe this item is worth the high cost.

I cannot believe the good nights sleep. I got by just taking one of these Gummies. They taste good, and I fall asleep extremely easily and I can sleep through the night! They are a lifesaver!!!!!
